I have since realised the error of my ways. The strap was coming disconnected from the watch because I was not attaching the strap to the watch correctly. To make sure they are attached correctly, there must be a 'click' sound. If you do not hear this sound, the strap will come off at some point. Before I realised this was the issue, I could pull the strap from the watch with ease. Since I have made sure the strap had clicked in to place, I can not pull it out. Give this a try before leaving poor feedback/returning. Both mine and my wifes brand new ionics have both fallen off our wrists multiple times and have caused the pebbles to be scratched.DO NOT BUY THESE STRAPS

About the product:I purchased the charcoal strap to replace my existing strap and I am very please with both the look and feel. Off the bat the material of the strap itself feels identical to the Fitbit strap. The benefit of this firm rubber strap is the pip at the end of the strap that holds it down has a snug fit and doesn't come undone through normal use. The fit is great with the straps lining up perfectly with the edge of the watch. The clasp of the charcoal strap is gun metal grey.What to watch out for:One thing I noticed is that the strap ends (clips) are a tight fit. At first I thought the strap didn't fit as they slid in place but didn't clip in, so just fell out. They just need to be pushed in with a little force to get them to click into place. Nothing over the top, just take the watch off and use two hands. The pressure is a little more than I have needed to use on other straps I've purchased, which have just clicked into place. Once they are in though, the fit is perfect.Overall:Very pleased and would recommend this strap to anyone if they are in the market for a new one or just want to change the look of their watch.

This is my third purchase (well technically the second as Amazon 'lost' the second. The strap is as well made as the supplied version but I find it more flexible (supple) so prefer to wear this - love the colour too. The clips that attach the strap to the watch came away on number one after several months but think this is an Ionic issue rather than this strap.

These are best for Fitbit watches I had the Fitbit charge he 2 they were lovely I then purshased these for my New Ionic Fitbit my arms are small but these fit lovely plus holes to spare ( never been known on my size) lovely quality brought 2 lots in packs of 3 very good value will look at other this seller as I’m really pleased with them 👍🏻

I caught my Fitbit strap on a door handle and broke it so needed a new one. As my original strap was almost 3 years old it was certainly time for a new one anyway... And I'm glad I got this one.To be honest, this feels more sturdy than the original Fitbit strap and the connectors to the watch itself are so much better than the original.I can't rate this strap highly enough and I'll no doubt buy another one to keep as a spare just in case!

Be WARNED .. I had this strap on my ionic for 3 days .. I had read other reviews saying to be careful the strap was fully attached or it will pop off at any time...well I wore it for 3 days ..at work asleep etc .. all fine.. I had been very careful to be sure it had clicked into place and really pulled it around..it seemed very secure and property attached...but today I went for a walk in the woods and when I got back to the car just realised my watch was gone...despite walking round again and trying with a find my fitbit app ..no luck.SO THIS £7 STRAP MAY COST YOU YOUR £200 WATCH.

I bought these because the clasp on my original fitbit strap fell off and I wanted an affordable replacement. I have been wearing one of the bands for over two months now with no problems. It has not fallen off and it is just like my original fitbit strap, A word of advice though when first attaching it to your fitbit make sure you hear it click into place. The first time I wore it it fell off and that was because I had not fastened it to the fitbit properly, once I'd done that everything was ok.

It's a very comfortable strap & easier to clip together than the original. Make sure you hear the click in when fitting it to the watch. I thought I had it in but no click. I saw the warning from others & found it wasn't connected so a warning. Can't fault the strap comfortable & a good fit. Would buy again!
