I saw Linda Wooldridge from Barlates talk about them on her YouTube channel and decided to try them out. Shipping and delivery was really quick and the bands are packaged nicely. I have completed Cathe Friedrich's LITE Body Weight and Bands and Fit Tower Boot Camp workouts using the grey loop, least resistance. It was a bit more resistance than the elastic loop I had been using but worked well. I used the medium resistance loop on a Pilates Reformer Jump Board workout and that worked well too. I normally use the “heavy” black band in my photo. These bands are all the same circumference and I can’t get a good workout in with them because even though the cloth band part is awesome and doesn’t twist like rubber resistance bands, I can’t keep them on my thighs without standing really wide.
