These cards are great! I’m easily bored doing the same workouts week after week, so I love how easy it is to create varied workouts. And unlike most workout apps, I can also readily swap out exercises that aren’t appropriate, e.g. if I have an injury I need to take it easy on or a muscle prone to have problems. The directions are clear and the level recommendations are helpful.

Overall Great

These cards are exactly what I wanted. There are 51 cards so no matter how many you do in a day if you cycle through them you will always get a new combination. The exercises are varied and well explained. There’s lots of variations that can be done and all can be done with a simple gym set up. Great purchase and highly recommend for someone who wants a varied workout but doesn’t want to have to design the workout themselves.

This is the perfect deck of cards if you are a beginner at working out. You can make a game out of it, you won’t get fatigue during the same routine, and it helps create a balance routine for someone who doesn’t know how. These are also phenomenal for travel and require no equipment. This is all full body muscle work out. I highly recommend these for everyone suitcase and will be buying them as stocking stuffers!

There are some cards that require a step up or for pull up a bar. If you don't have those there are around 5 cards that you won't use. It is much with the entire deck so you won't be sorry. The step one could improvise.
