for Weight Loss and Improved Posture (Size 2: Waist Size 71-85cm/28-33.5")

I have tried many ways to reduce the portion sizes I eat and this is the best thing I've found so far. Like there previous review says it is a rope that goes round your waist, but I don't consider it a waste of money. It takes a bit of getting used to like the manufacturer says but I've stuck with it and have so far moved the button along 2 spaces and my posture has improved. I'm also eating less. I've given 3 stars as for why it really is it is expensive, and you can't get hold of the beads that that clip on the band to show how well you are doing.

I have only been using the Malory band for a few weeks but already I am losing weight, as soon as I eat too much or eat something that makes me bloat I can feel the band tighten on my waist which straight away makes me stop eating. You have to have the willpower to keep it on all the time even when it feels uncomfortable but you soon get used to it.

Totally rubbish. I can't believe I fell for this rubbish. More fool me!! If your jeans are tight. Put down the food! Same theory. Biggest waste of money ever. A gimmick.

I wasn't sure which size to order as my waist measurement didn't tally with my dress size, making it a bit difficult to know whether I needed the Size 2 or 3. I ordered the 3 but when it turned out too big the company swapped it for a Size 2 pleasantly and efficiently. The Mallory Band looks more attractive than I expected and feels nice too. I find it works for me. When it tightens it signals to me to alter my food choices, so far effortlessly! I love its simplicity, it just makes sense to me. It seems quite expensive but I see it as an investment in myself. Tying any old string around the waist would not give that attractive, comfortable, 'professional' feel. This item is a great idea, seems well made and of a high quality, definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it if you are committed to wanting to stay a certain size or to lose weight.

Not sure what I was expecting but I have had the band on since it arrived, the theory is good and it makes you stand taller hence correcting the posture bit. I have moved the band 3 notches and hit a stand still, I definitely don't think it's worth 27 pounds and £4-50 postage. I think if you put your mind to it you could make something similar for a lot cheaper.

I like the simple reminder that i shouldn't eat to much or it will become uncomfortable; its like an external lap band - if you commit to wearing it and pay attention to what you eat it should work. Im a week in & ive already lost .5kg. Ive even added 2 beads to remind me where i am & where i want to be.

I can't believe I wasted money on it.... Don't be fooled like I was, complete waste of time, energy and money!!

Firstly i found the box difficult to get into. This may sound stupid but when you pay £20-£30 for a product you expect to be able to open it! After getting it open i found the packaging lovely and was very impresssed with the look of the band. I bought the size that should have been comfortable for a 12-14. I found this dire to wear, after 2 months i simply gave up. I couldnt get used to it and found the contact uncomfortable. It in no way harmed my skin i just found it more of an irritable reminder that made me feel bad about myself than offering any positive thoughts. Its a good insentive if your really struggling but otherwise i say stick to healthy eating and a some simple exercise.
