No Case Included
I had purchased a set prior to this 3 star review in which I gave them 5 stars. The reason I gave them 3 stars in this review is because the first set came in a nice case. The second purchase, for gifts, did not come with a case. They arrived in good condition but in plastic packaging. They look cheap and had to explain that the tools were pictured with a case. I'm sure it will be hard to keep track of both tools without a case. The quality of the tools hasn't changed, they work very well and are worth the money. Just wish I would have known the case wasn't included.

Per chi soffre di unghie incarnite, questo attrezzo sono un valido aiuto per dare sollievo e cercare di risolvere la situazione. Il primo attrezzo ha un assetto idoneo per essere inserito tra la carne e l'unghia, in modo tale da sollevare quest'ultima e rimuoverla. Il secondo attrezzo, invece, ha una specie di seghettino sottile, utile per limare in profondità. Davvero consigliati per chi ha questo problema!

In growing toenails tool
At last! I’ve been trying to relieve the pain caused by pressure for so long! I don’t give reviews unless things are really worth it. But what a great idea, a file that is so small to round off those sharp edges, once lifted up by the other tool. Such relief, I’m hoping I can update this review once the situation is resolved finally. Comes in a nifty box too for longevity.
