Angelus Reptile Exotic Skin Cleaner Conditioner 8 Oz.

I was using Bick4 on my python, Alligator, crocodile, elephant, and lizard boots, but saw this suggested, along with Saphir. Having used all 3 now, I can say that the Angelus is the best for my use. It actually soaks in to the material and "dries" quickly. It also really seems to nourish the python scales better than the others. It leaves even my elephant leather feeling smooth. With the Saphir, I find it to be not only cost prohibitive but it dries differently and the brush I use to apply gets crusty when dried. The Angelus does not do this. The Angelus can also help clean and even helps to remove some polish that may have been accidentally used by others. I've also not noticed and change in color of any of the boots I've used it on.

Great product. Cleans well

Got this for an enheirited pair of Dan Post boots with reptile skin. I say that because I have no clue what this skin came from. It has a greenish gray hue to it so it must be some sort of Boa from So.Amer. Used this and it really made the skin pliable and even added a shine. Let it dry then applied some Meltonian Neutral boot cream for that final touch and it all worked out very nicely.

Hard to say if this product really works we'll know overtime after spraying it on doesn't foam up or anything

Used Angelus cleaner on my python boots and it gave them the moisture and conditioner that they needed. Easy to use and does as advertised.

The solution works well in cleaning multiple types of exotic skins. Ive used it on Caiman, Ostrich and Pirarucu cowboy boots. Only thing is that the solution seems to clog up the spray nozzle. Leading to a bit of waste and mess when trying to use the spray bottle. I recommend moving the solution to a better spray bottle.

Absolutely what I needed for my vintage shark skin boots. Much more economically priced than other sources I checked. Shipped very fast.

Debo señalar que de primera impresión me pareció un gran producto, para mi calzado de pieles exóticas. (Adjuntaré foto) Señalar primero que nada que la marca Angelus hasta ahora me ha dado muy buenos resultados con diversos productos para distinto tipo de calzado. En segundo, la botella que recibí es distinta a la que se aprecia en la publicidad, puesto que la del producto anunciado tiene incluso algo que pudiera parecer un atomizador y la que recibí sólo trae una tapa muy ordinaria como de cualquier botella, lo que indicaría que el producto anunciado sería líquido, pero el que me llegó es una crema algo espesa que por ningún motivo podría aplicarse con atomizador, esto me generó al principio inquietud pero aún así decidí arriesgarme a probarla antes de iniciar un reclamo o devolución. Las instrucciones para su uso son bastante claras sin ninguna complejidad. Muy recomendado aplicar una muy pequeña cantidad en una zona del calzado poco visible para que evalúes si es de tu agrado el acabado, puesto que leí que podia modificar el tono y/o color del calzado, (en mi caso no fue así solo se oscureció un poco mientras el producto estaba fresco y la piel humedecida por el mismo, al secarse vuelve a apreciarse del tono original). De la mano con lo anterior el acabado que deja es completamente mate, se nota inmediatamente como hidrata las escamas pero al secar por completo deja un acabado sano pero opaco. Por lo que a mi parecer debe complementarse con algún producto que aporte brillo basado en aceites o ceras naturales y es justo lo que haré. En resumen cumple bastante bien con su función. Las escamas de mis botas de piton, las de pirarucu, las de fuscus, las de elefante e incluso unos zapatos de venado que no salen en la foto también se sienten más hidratados, sugieren no usar en ante o gamuza así que esa prueba no la hice, tal vez despues con algunos zapatos viejos lo intente. Gran compra, recomendable por el precio.

Ho pensato che viene un po’ costoso. Ma il prodotto veramente rianimato i stivali di pelle di serpente. Sono sorpresa e contenta con i risultati.
