This is a little miracle if you know how to use it properly. As a full-time writer, I spend hours at my desk. Just received it and tried it on my traps and rhomboids, and I feel like after a 30-minute massage at the physio! Great size, shape, and material. Yes, it's hard, but it's supposed to. 100% recommend this product. Great for muscle and pain relief.

The peanut looks good and is very tactile and most importantly it works. I have used it for occipital release - it is much easier than trying to make your own peanut and you can really feel it getting into the tight head areas and creating release and relaxation. It is also great for working on your thoracic spine. I get a lot of tightness here and used to try to release the area on a foam roller but it is far easier and more effective to use the peanut to do this. It is neat and portable, reasonably priced and good customer service support should you have any questions about further uses.

This is my third product from this company and I can’t recommend it enough. They are all high quality, effective items sold for an affordable price. The peanut is especially great for targeting trigger points and I find that it made a total difference to my post-workout recovery.

I have tried so many back, leg, foot pain relieving products and this has to be one of the best. Brilliant for the back to open knotted muscles safely over the spine and tight glutes. Very small, compact and easily to pack in a bag to help those that have medical issues when travelling away from home

Il materiale è particolarmente rigido, di qualità e più efficace rispetto alla soluzione casalinga delle palle da tennis. Appena avverto tensioni, qualche minuto di pressione alla schiena, disteso a terra, e mi sento meglio. Utilizzo, seduto, anche un supporto (tipo McKenzie) per la corretta postura.
