I don't know if I was sent a returned wig or something. The wig is shorter than 14 inches. It has a significant bald spot. It had a sloppy part that just looks like someone tried to make a part and ended up with a 'balding line'. I will be returning this product.This is actually my second purchase. The first time I bought the wig I was happy with my purchase and would give it a 4/5 review. It was a bit thinner than I would like but okay for the price and I had some extra bundles that I can sew to it. I bought a second one to keep and I am very disappointed with what I received. This second one is shorter than my original one (which I initially thought was not even 14 inches but was good enough). I am not sure if I would purchase again from this company. With COVID-19 on the rise, I don't think it is ethical to sell a used product. I think someone messed up this second wig, sent it back to them and they sent it to me.

So first wig purchase off of Amazon and boy can I tell you it was the best purchase of all time I wanted a natural looking length so I got 14inches . The hair feels so soft . I have done so much to this unit and it still looking 100%. Bleach Knots.....bleached...custom colored... plucked hair line.. high heat... I will be purchasing again longer next time ..

The media could not be loaded.  Honestly I’m super surprised. It’s not too thick or thin so it’s easy for me to put in a bun for fork with no loose strands even at 14 inches. It’s not too silky to where it looks fake and all I had to do was put some foundation on the lace

The only thing I will say is that the lace is a bit dark for me. But the hair is really good quality and the straps are easily adjustable. very nice texture and takes good to conditioner and heat.

I loved everything abt it.. after my first purchase (different company) which wasnt what it promoted i was a bit skeptical abt purchasing another but this hair was much more than i anticipated..

Super soft hair and didn't shed to much. I bought this as a gift for my mother and she loved it.
