I went with a 44G. I find the band to be a bit tight (I added an extender for an additional 1") but the cup size is accurate. I am a plus size gal at 270lbs so every bra band rides up/folds up in front at the stomach and this one does the same. What I like is that the cups are full coverage. It has great full cup coverage going towards the under arm area and full-frontal coverage. The side band and back band could be wider which would give better support. Not everyone wants their girls popping out the front or creating double bubbles cleavage. I wish that the seams were not so noticeable under tshirts and that there was minor padding for modesty of nipples showing. I would not call this a sports bra. While the cups are full enough and contain well, the support aspect is not all there. The girls still bounce during activity.
