Excellent customer service from Ravensburger
I'm working my way through this. It's a beautiful puzzle, but was ruined by the tiny poster that came with it. I've given five starts because I contacted Ravensburger about the poster. They immediately sent me a poster to download (see below) So pleased.

Challenging Puzzle
Really enjoyed doing this puzzle. So much going on in it. However I have two niggles. First is that the pieces are dustier than normal. Probably due to the 'sustainable' materials used. The sorting trays needed a good clean afterwards. Also the size of the poster is much smaller than the puzzle which adds to the difficulty. Never come across this before and of course this adds to the challenge but seems an odd thing to do. Happily the completed puzzle is quite stunning.

Interesting & Colourful!
Ordered this jigsaw for a Christmas gift. This looks just the kind of puzzle the recipient likes, very detailed, colourful, intricate. He has had Ravensburger puzzles before & always found them very good.

These puzzles are great. I'm an "avid puzzler" and usually buy Ravensburger. Pieces are precisely cut...never two pieces that fit in the same place. Graphics are great. "Puzzle dust" is non-existent. The "picture story" is always interesting...fun, pretty, majestic, etc. And for me, just the right amount of challenge to be enjoyable.

J’ai acheté ce très beau puzzle et j’ai opté pour la marque ravensburger qui est une référence. Or je suis déçu par le dos du puzzle car le papier s’arrache très facilement en comparaison avec d’autres marques comme jigsaw qui un papier de meilleure qualité qui ne s’effrite pas et ne s’arrache pas… dommage…
