SO good!! Too for a hostess gift and it was highly enjoyed. The candy is chewy and rich - bursting with pecans.

Whenever I travel home to Canada from Texas, I have orders to bring these treats to my family. I really believe Lammes is the best praline in Texas. They are all wrapped individually and they are quite large.. one is all it takes to satisfy the sweet tooth! I think they are better and more fresh than Aunt Sally’s.These are expensive but always delicious and a wonderful gift to give.

If you get a chance to try those, do so - you won't be disappointed.And neither will you be with this box of Texas Chewie Pralines! This is the definition of a Texas pecan praline... don't be fooled by those horrible sugar patties with a few pecan bits scattered on them. They may be called "pralines" by some, but that's just so wrong. A real praline is chewy but not soft, and caramel-y but not pure caramel. Believe me, Lammes gets this sooooo right.When we discovered we could get these on Amazon for a price very close to that in the store - well, we've gone crazy. Hint: if you're a friend of ours and we exchange birthday gifts, this is what you're going to get.
