12pc Italia Deluxe Ultra Fine Lip Liner set of 12 color

I bought the Italian Theluxe lipstick and it exceeded my expectations. From the first application you can see the good pigmentation, the color is intense and very beautiful, ideal to define the lips and complement any lipstick. The texture is soft, which allows it to slide easily without mistreating the lips. Something that I loved is that it has a good duration, it lasts for several hours without the need to be constantly retouching.

I saw these recommended in an article. So then I went to go check out the price and the reviews. I tend to get frustrated with lip liners. Because I struggle with lip color in general and hate to spend good money just to play with lip liner colors. So when this came up with its excellent reviews and the beyond amazing price? I thought "this is a too good of an opportunity to pass up". With this TWELVE color collection, I have my pick of colors to chose from. I was pleasently surprised how flattering the colors are! I half expected, for the price, for the colors to be the cheap or harsh or outlandish colors. Not these. And they do not come right back off as soon as you put the liner on. I had accidently put the liner on outside of my lip line in one area and went to rub it off with my finger, expecting it to come right off like every other lip liner. This one did not. Which is actually great! Then I went to use foundation to cover up the mistake, but it was still there. So makeup remover was needed. That tells you how well it lasts. I've attached three photos to show you the colors and then also the color's names. As you can see, they arrived very well sharpened! Some of mine look more dull in the photo because I've already been using them. Applying these liners is so easy. No dragging at all. Creamy but not too soft. I still can't believe their cost. Highly recommend them for women of all color.

Super creamy pencil formula. I feel like pencil liners are usually super firm & difficult to build product. I don’t feel the same about these. Wide variety of colors & easy to make lip convos. Unscented, or at least I didn’t notice any odd smells. It applies like butter, but has more of a matte finish

The set offers a great variety of colors for a very modest price, so it may be a good starting point to learn to apply a lip liner for the first time, and maybe figure out what colors work best on you. It's easy to apply and has creamy texture. This creamy / oily base makes it very easy to blend. However, this is also the biggest drawback for this product. Once applied, it is very easy to smudge it just with your fingers, and it doesn't stay for a long time. I have never used lip liners before so I am going to use it at home / wear it casually, but would not recommend it for e.g. an event makeup or expect prolonged wear time. So far I didn't have any breakouts from this product (and my pores around the lips clog easily), but maybe it's also due to the speed with which it comes off.

Colors are vibrant and nice

I actually purchased these to use as eyeliner as well as lip liners, and they work great as both. All of mine are the same size and length and I got a good variety of colors. They are buttery soft and glide onto the lips and eyes extremely smooth. The 1st picture is all of the shades I received with the color names and numbers showing, and the 2nd picture is all of them swatched in the order of the 1st picture. I ordered a few of the newer colors individually and I ordered another set of 12 from another seller to see if I get different colors. But these are well worth the money and I find them to be pretty pigmented. I used the mauve to line my lips and fill in a little bit and topped it with my favorite creamy lipstick, Milani in the color Teddy Bare, they blended so well together and it looked so natural. I really love these!

First off, I wouldn't recommend these to anyone wanting a smudge-proof lip liner. These do smudge VERY easily. BUT, these are great for the price point with the variety of shades and the quantity you get. The pencil is much nicer than a twist tube, in my opinion. I feel it's more precise and also has a very creamy texture. I've found some great shades that I wouldn't normally try had these been more expensive and bought individually, but for the price, it's a great deal. I would say skip these if you care about needing to reapply every few hours or are new to makeup and want a foolproof liner. Other than that, snag these if you can!
