Did the job and replaced the one I had had in place for the last 2 years. I wouldn't say this is a top notch product but it's good enough and worked fine. The only complaint I have is that it's delievere pre-assembled and the little pins used to set the arm are a pain in the backside to remove without breaking. Simple tip, boil a kettle and dunk the arm into the water for 2 mins and it will soften the pins enough to remove them without them breaking. I also had to undo the big valve ring, put in some PTFE tape to seal it as it did leak a little and it was sort, no major biggie as it was only a cheap replacement.

Very pleased with this item. Our cystern was very slow to fill. I simply unscrewed the old unit after turning off the water and screwed in the new one. Problem solved.

Good quality

Was easy to fit. However the black screw for flow stopper doesnt actually move, when you loosen the nut. I had to remove the arm, then turn it with pliers. Was quite difficult as was worried id snap it

Needed this for a repair job , replacement of the outlet flow and ballcock and arm. I find that the items are flimsy in construction and feels fragile, however, that said the item was easy to install and adjust for waterflow. Some adjustments appear to have solved my overflow issue, only time will tell, oh, and cheaper water bills (back to normal) - ideas tab shows a check against "durability" though I would question this
