GREAT PRODUCT FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY NOT JUST FOR FEET ALSO FOR ARMS AFTER SPINAL CORD SURGERY IN NECK
Love this price and product, good quality, lightweight, and easy to use. I also like the triangle bumpers on the bottom of the legs to keep it in place on the floor After my spinal cord surgery in my neck, my physical therapist brought something similar to the house for me to use after much research I found this not to only be easy for senior citizens ( although I am 54 ) but also physician recommended. I am not able to lift more than 5 pounds and this is lightweight and manageable, I like that it has a timer and a calorie counter as well. it is also easy use for upper body using your hands. My mom was helping take care of me after my surgery and she ended up purchasing one for herself as well for her and my dad to use. They are in their 70s and find that it is easy and fun. I like to not just have a 2 in 1 product to improve my health circulation and toning but at a great price and next day delivery

Keeps me moving even when I'm lazy
The good: It does it's job once properly set up. It came with a pad that goes underneath it, so that definitely helps with stability. The bad: Getting it properly lined up versus where you're sitting and how long your legs are can be a bit of a math problem. Suggestion for company: include a chart of roughly how far away we should set this thing down from the chair based on customer height/ pants leg length. Currently crafting a piece of plywood that this thing will get velcroed to so I can slide it into the proper place, and set a dumb bell on top of it to keep it from moving. Has the typical click and clack noise you'd expect from this level of equipment, so no, I can't do it while I'm on a zoom meeting, but I can do it while I'm just sitting there at my desk doing work. I have feet that are both wide and long, and they fit just fine. They will still slide around a little bit if I'm not focused, but I've never had a bike pedal where this wasn't an issue for me unless we count the racing bike where the shoes lock in. It's easy to move around and put away. That's both a pro and a con if you are an out of sight, out of mind person. If you're looking for a stationary bike where you can simulate going up hills or mountains, this ain't it. If you're out of shape and just getting started, or have to be sedentary in a seated position and just want to keep moving, this is ideal both physically and delivers a good bang for the buck.

Simple and Effective
I got this moreso for times when I'm sitting watching TV. Personally I find exercising while I'm trying to work to be distracting. Also it's too high and my knees come up too high while using it, so it wouldn't work as an under desk machine for me. That said it's great for when I'm just sitting in front of the TV. I can mindlessly pedal while I'm mindlessly watching TV. I have a minor circulation issue in my legs following surgery I had a few years back. So it's nice to just keep my legs moving and make sure my circulation stays circulating. So far it's quite sturdy when used correctly like don't stand on it or whatever, and it's very quiet. The appearance isn't great but it you know it's fine it's a little exercise machine. My caveats: I do wish that I could fold it and put it away easily the way it was described to me. There is a Clock of some nature with various readings/ settings on it that I have no idea exactly what that is or what it's telling me (the one clear thing you can read is how long you have been on the machine). And it will slip and slide on smooth floors. I got a small yoga mat for it to keep it from moving around. Other than those three things I'm pretty happy with it particularly given the price point. It does what I wanted it to do. ๐๐พ

So easy!!! I wish Iโd have purchased sooner!!!
Iโm so glad I bought this and itโs so easy!!!I feel like itโs so much better than the foot pad versions because it allows for more extension of the legs and greater radius. Super easy. Take it out of the box unfold and voila!!! Couldnโt be easier!!! Used it while sitting on the couch scrolling insta last night for 30 minutes to work the top of my legs since I stand in the salon all day.

Cheaply made; Not the best
Was excited to receive this item. Easy to put together, easy to use, light weight, easy to move. Rating for use: Arms = 4.0 Legs = 2.0 Construction = 1 Using the Pedal Exerciser with my hands/arms worked great. The unit was steady and the movement flowed. And with the display set to toggle between the different modes, it worked well to allow me to monitor my progress. (Though calories burnt can't be accurate. Isn't that based on a person's weight and metabolism, and not the number of times the pedals go round?) Using the Exerciser with my feet/legs was not so great. The unit hopped about and the movement was jerky. Partly this was my mistake. I bought it with hopes of an easy workout. But this unit is not for aerobics or strength building. My legs are too strong for the cheap construction. As to the cheap construction, the timer and especially the pedal straps are problematic. The timer is extremely flimsy and rattles when pedaling. The pedal straps are just the opposite. The fit is so tight that it took all my strength to pry off one side of the pins that keep it in place. And of course, one of the pins snapped off. If you're in need of light exercise due to a medical condition or injury, this product will probably work fine for you. But if you're an older person (as I am) looking for an opportunity to add some healthy movement into your life, then I can't honestly recommend it to you.

Excellent Exercise Bike Pedals, Very Effective Cardio & Legs Workout
My wife and I both LOVE this exercise machine! It comes pre-assembled, a almost instantly ready to use. All you have to do is to unfold it (the legs make a clicking sound as they lock snugly into place), then put the included AAA battery (only 1) into the digital data display, then snap that display onto the main unit with the hole on top, over the tension knob's hole. Then, screw on the tension knob. That's it! (There are excellent, easy-to-understand instructions for this included, along with step-by-step pictures.) If desired, you can snap off the sides of the pedal stirrups and adjust them to make the stirrups either tighter or looser, but my wife and I found the medium, default setting for these (at a medium level) to be just fine for both of us. The stirrup setting we are using are a little on the loose side, but our feet stay in the stirrups just fine when we are exercising with it. We use the ball of each food to flip the stirrup up so that we can slide our feet into them, which makes it easy to put your feet into them, with no need to stoop over to do this, since you can do it hands-free. These pedals are extremely quiet (almost silent), which is great, because we like to watch TV while we are exercise with it, and wouldn't want noisy pedals that would interfere with hearing the TV. Our cats wander around us while we exercise on it, and the cats aren't even spooked by it, since it is so quiet. We also like it because it is pretty safe for our cats to be around, since there is noting in this device for them to get tangled up in, or to easily get hit by. (We leave it in the part of the house where the cats roam around, and the cats completely ignore it, whether we're using it or not. This device is extremely sturdy and stable, and is of high quality, both in design and build. You can use it with just about any chair, or even in front of a couch or love seat (we've tried it with both of these.) It is pretty small (see dimensions in the seller's product information), and also lightweight enough to move around the house easily enough, should you choose to do so. (We use it in our home with a sturdy wooden chair with a comfy chair pad on it.) We have it on a carpeted floor, and it stays perfectly still and in place on the carpet while we are exercising with it. NOTE: In case you want to use it on a hard floor (like tile or wood), it comes with a non-slip rubber matt (like ones used under rugs to prevent them from slipping on hard floors), and it also comes with a nice strap that you can attach from the device to the chair or couch that you are using it with, preventing it from slipping when used on hard floors. But that is not a problem at all with carpeted floors. You will not be able to work the pedals with this device completely underneath a desk or table (unless the desk or table is very high) or else your knees will bump. BUT, you can store it under a desk or table--or keep it half-way under it, and then pull it out from under the desk (table) when you use it, if necessary. We keep ours in the same place all the time, with the front half of this device underneath a grand piano, and that gives our knees more than enough room when we use it. The tension adjustment knob is great, enabling you to add just the right amount of resistance you want. This ranges from almost no resistance at all (easy to pedal) to a whole lot of tension, making it very hard to pedal. When you tighten the tension knob and get to the point to where it starts really adding a lot of noticeable tension, you must turn the knob just a tiny bit at a time until you fine-tune it to get the exact amount of tension that you want, and this is easy to do as long as you only tighten it a tiny bit at a time once you get to that point. My wife and I both like the same amount of tension--not too little, and not too much--which means that we don't even have to re-adjust the tension when we switch users (although that would be easy enough to do, if we wanted to do that.) The digital display seems to be nice too, and it retains the data after each use, but can be re-set by pressing and holding down the red button for a second. Maintenance seems like it will be very easy. The manufacturer says that you should clean and lubricate it regularly for best performance, which means checking the inside of the pedals to make sure that they are clean and not obstructed by dust, hair, etc. (which seems unlikely to happen often), and also put a little bit of household oil on the pedals where they go into the main unit, in order to keep the pedals moving smoothly. These pedals fold up to a small size, which is a nice feature if you ever want to pack them to take with you when you travel. If you never travel, though there is probably no reason for you to ever use that feature. We also own a nice, stationary bike that's in our "gym" room, which serves the same purpose as these, but it is very heavy and not easy to move, and we wanted to be able to use these pedals in a different room. We also have a nice set of adjustable dumbbells (TMYDMY brand, bought at Amazon) and we often use these dumbells with these pedals so that we can exercise our legs and arms at the same time, and so that we can do cardio and strength-training exercises simultaneously, which is excellent. I have pretty severe arthritis in my feet, so I can't exercise on a treadmill or go on long walks, so these pedals are a real blessing for me, enabling me to maintain my strength and fitness as I age. We also like that these pedals are inexpensive, so you could buy a couple of them to use in different rooms so that different people in your home could exercise with them at the same time. They are an excellent value. Exercise bike pedals like this are often marketed toward older people (like us), but they would also help to provide an excellent workout for people of all ages, and I'm sure that younger people would love them too. We wish we'd had these when we were younger so that we could have used them for regular working out then while watching TV for our entire lives, instead of just being completely sedentary while watching television when we were younger. There is absolutely nothing negative we have to say about these pedals, and we highly recommend them!

Worth the price
I am my mom's caregiver and I have been wanting to get one of these for her-she's a senior and finds exercise more difficult these days. This is perfect for her. It is a good size-not too big or small and we love the convenience of its foldable feature, making it less obvious in your home. It is sturdy, and not too heavy either. It has strong rubber feet for slip prevention and it works good on thick carpet too (which we have) and the weight of the peddles keep it in place during use and the whole thing does not slip easily across the floor. So far my mom has used this throughout the day and says she feels the difference in her legs already. I like the fact that this is for medical/physical therapy uses too.

Pedal Exerciser Review
After using this product for several days now, I find the pedal exerciser works as advertised, as it is a great way to stay physically active while working. I loved how easy it way to set up, as it was almost entirely put in place from the box, and all I need to do was install the digital reader. As someone who spends a lot of time as his desk, this product is very beneficial to keep steady movement while sitting at my desk. My only complaint is that it difficult to use under lowers desks because my knees would hit, I also have to find the right chair to use the product in order to get the right angle on my feet for it to truly feel smooth. Overall, it is a great product for the price.
