KeaBabies Pregnancy Belly Bands for Pregnant Women,1pk (Classic Ivory, M/L)

I ordered this in a desperate panic due to pelvic girdle pain. It instantly helped! I’ve worn this every day since. It’s comfortable, discrete, and stays put all day long. I feel very supported. I throw it in the washer on a hand wash cycle and lay it out to dry when needed. Still in perfect condition. I cannot recommend this enough!

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and this has helped my pain a ton! I can feel the pressure taken away. I’m 148 pounds and got the medium large size. It stays Velcro all day and is easily adjustable. It also has a very soft material.

Love the support and compression this gave my lower belly! Definitely helped my round ligament pain. Unfortunately as my belly got bigger, the narrow band put more pressure on a singular spot on my back. This led to back spasms and other problems. I did have to switch to a band that had more back support as my belly grew (around 28 weeks), but it was great for my smaller bump!

Very helpful in providing belly support in last month of pregnancy. Comfortable to wear. Easy to put on. I have started to get nerve pain in my hips and this helps alleviate done of That pressure. Would recommend

This is the third maternity belt I have gotten, and I currently have no need to get another. The first was a nude color for wearing under clothing, and it works fine, but it makes odd/unflattering stiff lines/bulges under or over clothing from sitting/bending while wearing it. (Otherwise it is comparable to this maternity band.) The nude color looks much more hospital/bandage-ish to me, and is quite conspicuous over clothing, but not comfortable under clothing without a layer under it, which gets warm most of the year where I live. I then bought a second belt in black, so that I could wear it less conspicuously over clothing and not feel like a therapy patient or something. I was experiencing "lightning crotch," so I tried a taller band figuring that it would be more supportive which should help. That band certainly felt more supportive, but the part around the waist loosened up in 1-2 days (due to the way it attaches) so that it wasn't always as supportive. It needed to be adjusted just so and was made up of multiple pieces that needed to be readjusted after every bathroom break, so it became annoying and frustrating very quickly and I decided to try to find a black band that would be less frustrating. I tried this band, which is less tall than my second band, 1 piece, supportive, yet flexible and comfortable. It does not create a feeling of excessive pressure on the baby belly, yet is supportive. It also is less stiff than my original maternity band, so it doesn't have those odd ridges/bulges on the front of the thigh/waist area from sitting/bending while wearing it. I've been wearing it for 1-2 weeks now and it is doing great. My only complaint about it is that there are still some small horizontal "lines" that look white/light on the black elastic band. If this were remedied, the belt would be more subtle. For reference, this is my fourth pregnancy, hence the larger belly needing a little support. I bought the first band while I was expecting number 3 and the elastic is doing great, so I expect this band to hold up well also. I pulled out my maternity band around 27 weeks this pregnancy because I started experiencing "lightning crotch." I can tell wearing the band helps when I need to hold/carry my almost 40 pound toddler (which I've definitely been cutting back on, but I still need to hold him sometimes, to lift him onto the changing table or put him in bed, etc.) I also got back to exercising, which is greatly helping with the lightning crotch symptoms, swelling, and varicose veins this pregnancy. Love that it's soft and easily adjustable. It does help me feel more supported. But all of the good things get overlooked because there are two sources of major discomfort the whole time you're wearing this. Within the edging border there is a plastic wiring/threading that sticks out and will rub you the entirely wrong way all day. It's very aggravating. It's all you think about while wearing this band. I spend the time trying to tuck some of my outfit inside the band to cover up the poke. Then, if it's not that clear plastic thing, then it's the rough side of the Velcro that didn't perfectly line up that's also rubbing your the wrong way. I think this part can be resolved by making the side of the closure with the Velcro more tapered so that when you secure it behind your back, there's less likelihood of you leaving a smidgen of it overlapping and causing discomfort. The other thing is that it slides down. But if I didn't have the discomfort, I'd be willing to deal with just that one annoyance. Otherwise, I do not look fwd to wearing it for as much as it can help. Now I may be beyond where I can return it. These issues are things you wouldn't realize until you actually wear it a few times. And I have worn it two times within the space of the two months. Both for all day walking around.

Comfortable and supports the heavy baby belly for my daughter

The product is good. The velcro is strong, but it can be hard to wrap. Meaning, I could see how something that closes in the front is much easier... But that might be my preference and frustration level at trying to put it on and it might not bother other people. It says to wear it outside of your clothes, so I have to take it off alot to use the washroom because I've been wearing it over my maternity leggings. So when I try to put it back on and I have to lift up my shirt to velcro it, it tries to fall down/gets muddled up in the clothing and wont velcro as easily.. If that makes sense. So, GOOD PRODUCT/AKWARD CLOSURE if youre easily frustrated.

It holds my belly and makes me more comfortable when walking

The product seems to be well made and it does apply pressure on my growing belly. I haven’t tried many others but this does feel supportive and i wear it on my walks and it helps with pressure in my lower belly.
