Great set of knoves

Very nice and very sharp.

These knives are sharp and hold their edge well. I ordered the wood handles, which are very attractive and well made. I was not aware that are not dishwasher safe when I ordered them. I hand wash most of my knives anyway, but my wife put them through the dishwasher and the finish on the wood is now dull. I'll wipe them down with some food-grade mineral oil to restore the finish and hopefully avoid the dishwasher again! These are sturdy and solid feeling in my hand and have a nice point for cutting. I choose a straight edge over a serrated edge anytime, as I find it difficult to keep serrated edges sharp and consistent sharpening reduces the edges.

These names are very sharp when delivered. I would not suggest cleaning them in a dishwasher, as it is likely, it will dull the blade. Also, I would not use beyond cutting through cooked meat. But in all good value for money. Still don’t have enough use to address durability.

These knives are sharp and are as described. We bought them first as our outside BBQ cutlery, but now have even used them regularly for lunch/dinner. They seem to hold an edge well enough that we have not yet saw a need to (re)sharpen them. Also, design-wise, they look aesthetically pleasing enough that we are considering this set as gifts to other folks. Ergonomically, they are nicely balanced and can be easily handled. Overall, also considering the price, a great set.

These are SOOO GOOD. Cuts steak with perfection. No more sawing!
