I mainly used this to insert my menstrual cup. Honestly satified with the product. Those who need menstrual cup to br inserted smoothly, go for it. Apply some in ur vaginal area and try inserting the cup. It will enter without any difficulties. I loved it. But keep the pack very hygenic. Leaving some residues over the pack can cause to get fungus.
