Arrived as described and on time. Worked on my Samsung TV with no programming. Expectations exceeded.

Original remote cursor right stopped working. Had to factory reset tv to get it to pair with the new remote, but after that it works perfectly and is the same form factor as the original. Buttons feel a little stiffer than the original. Very happy so far.

I purchased this remote to replace the bigger one next to it. Basically hated the larger remote because buttons were hard to find and I always pressed the wrong thing. I have the thin remote in my living room n bought this one for my bedroom. It has some wear and scuffs on it but I’m not tripping. It worked as soon as I put batteries. Definitely feels like a non OEM Samsung remote but it works!

Cons:-would not pair quickly. Had to try about 15 times within inches of the receiver for it to finally work-the voice control doesn't work. The led on the remote lights up but it won't trigger Bixby or voice keyboard in apps like YouTube-the position and direction of the remote need to be precise when pointed at the TV in comparison to what was needed with the remote that came with the TV originallyPro:- cheap $15 when Samsung wanted $84- the buttons other than the voice control all work normallyOther:- my original remote matches the exact model except this one is matte finish when the original was glossy- the remote has metallic finish on the volume and channel rockers and the original were thinner and a non metallic gray- this replacement is made in China, the original was made in Indonesia- the remote information is generic printing or light embossing in the plastic inside the battery cover with minimal information where the original was on a sticker with more information and warnings etcThe above leads me to believe this is a cheaper 3rd party replica and not a genuine Samsung product.However it does what it needs since the direction circle pad on my original stopped working. Although if like the option for the voice control to work, I don't use it often enough to be an issue so as a work around I kept the old remote and the voice control button still works on that one.

Used this to replace old remote for my Samsung tv. The old remote was accidentally damaged and ordered this as replacement. Easy set up and seems to work fine.

Bought this to replace another replacement remote. This one was head and shoulders above the original replacement remote. The finish is identical to the OEM remote and the connectivity and responsiveness has been perfect.

the first replacement I received from Amazon. This one is VERY close to the original in how it's buttons feel and work. Some of the buttons on my first replacement are klunky and need to be pressed very hard to operate. Plus the 'reduced volume' button has stopped working. This NEW ONE has the light feel of the original. In other words it works GREAT.
