Tights on shoulders? They are tights why would you want them on your shoulders?

If they fit a 2 year old how will they fit a 10yr?

They fit okay on my 10 year old, but she is pretty petite (53" and on the slim side) so I can't speak to how they would fit on a taller kiddo.

Can a 2 year wear these?

Yes!! My 1 year old wore them for her 1st bday party and they were fine just have to pull them up more the waist doesn't fall down at all though
