Sorry to disappoint but this is the future model that is not released yet. I am sure your MacBook Pro will fit in it perfect nut not sure if the wastebasket would like to have this garbage in it.

With rim: 14" L x 10"W x 15"H That is not correct. The actual rim size is smaller: 11.5"L x 8.5"W x 12"H.

So, I see Rubbermaind is posting baskets using quarts as their unit of measure. Bags in stores are quoted in gallons? My public schooling fails me!

Four quarts in a gallon. This 28+ quart basket is equal to about 7 gallons so you would use an 8 gallon bag.

Perfect size for my cabin where they get emptied every day

Great little bin. Perfect for my cabin that I rent to guests. I put a garbage bag in it so liquids end up in the bag and not the bin. On the day of check out I may or may not change the garbage bag. I dry it with a paper towel when I empty it during their stay. Some folks are smart enough to put in cans etc. upright so no liquid spills in the bin. Well used by guests. Looks good and does not take away much space.
