Helly Hansen Women's Seven J Waterproof, Windproof, and Breathable Rain Jacket with Hood

I have been trying jackets in preparation for a trip to Europe this coming fall. I had never heard of the Helly-Hansen brand and after reading about them I was excited to try them. Upon receipt I could tell that it is a high-quality jacket. Unfortunately for me it is a lot heavier than I want to drag around for two weeks. It also is not a flattering jacket on me. I have a small waist but larger hips and the length of this jacket made it snug on my hips and it would bunch up when I sat. A two-way zipper would have done a lot to solve the fit issue for me, and I may have even kept it, or the other HH that I tried, for use at home, but I decided to return and continue the search.

After buying a Northface jacket that had Velcro problems I bought this based on great reviews! Well, I’m another person singing its praises! The Velcro on the sleeves is perfect and it even has Velcro lining the zipper in order to keep rain and wind out. The fit is definitely for a woman and very flattering. Love this.

Love the coat. I went way up in size based on the reviews. Fit is true to the reviews.Going up in size makes the jacket a bit big through the shoulders and arm length though.

This is the second HH jacket I have bought, the first I had for 9 years. It was white and I have no business wearing anything white. I bought a black one so at least I won’t have to wash it as frequently. Bottom line HH is quality and well worth the money. Be sure to size up.

This knocks North Face, Patagonia, and Marmot off their pedestals. I don't know why everyone hasn't bought from HH yet. This is quality and it shows!

In typical Helly Hansen fashion, top quality, light weight and waterproof.The rain jacket is tailored and gives the item a very flattering lock, whilst allowing for a Helly Hansen fleece sweater to be worn underneath.Love it.Definitely not the cheap Chinese quality one has come to expect from Amazon.

Great windproof jacket. Thick material. Haven’t worn in the rain but my other Helly winter coat is and this one is similar although stiffer. I ordered up one size larger to fit over a sweatshirt and down vest. Only issue with me and Helly Hansen is I have hips. 5”6”, 128 lbs.

Great quality jacket but it fits on the small side so size up.

Excellent raincoat and very stylish! Make sure you use the size guide as I normally fit a small and am very happy with the medium.
