But it's flexibility also makes it awkward to move once you've poured into it. If you want to move it into the refrigerator after pour to speed setting, you'd better have it on something flat before your pour and that you can lift - a support like a very flat plate, or a bread or chopping board. My biggest complaint is that it's really just too shallow to make any kind of substantial candy bar, particularly if you want to mix in ingredients like whole nuts. Forget about making a brazil nut chocolate bar, for example. A deeper mold would still allow you to make a thinner bar by just filling it with less.
