Excellent product with excellent quality

Similar to other purchasers, one of our glasses had a defect where water/soap infiltrated the double wall insulation. I scanned the QR code for support on the card included in the packaging. It led to Facebook Messenger for support. Within 5 minutes on a Sunday morning I had a replacement sent my email way by the company. They made it easier and quicker to get support than most brands I’ve dealt with and stand by their product. Highly recommend. The other glass received works and looks great!

The cups are 3 oz, so perfect for a double espresso. They are double walled (an air pocket between two layers of glass), which is great from a heat transfer perspective. That noted, they are relatively light, so they feel fragile in your hand. I have used them regularly for a few weeks and so far so good. I am careful not to let them sit in the sink as I am afraid they could get broken if something fallson them in the sink. I feel that they are a good value for the money.

Ny previous double glass cups were leaking so i rushed to get a new set. This one is really cute and seems sturdy!!

Very nice. I use it multiple times daily to make a 46gm double shot of espresso (pictured is a freshly pulled 46gm shot with crema on top to show how much room you have left above) handle is great, though double walled glass makes it so you dont need to use the handle to prevent it from burning your fingers on hot shot. Sturdy wise... I doubt it would take much of a beating but it comes with a custom cut foam cutout in the box for both the glasses and I use those to store it in after every shot. So unless I drop the glass. Its perfectly safe. But undoubtedly if it dropped from any height onto anything any harder than a folded up towel, it would shatter. Very thin glass but it works well

I kept getting espresso cups but had to hand wash. No me being a bit lazy founds these that state dishwashing is ok. 50 cups later and they have no fog and come out sparkling from the dishwasher. Something about having an espresso first thing in morning in a crystal clear cup. I recommend.

Just the right size . A 3oz cup for 2oz of espresso. Don't have to worry about spillage. Has great insulation although I have had better insulation with another brand. And very durable for a small little cup. I accidentally knocked it off my kitchen counter (Don't worry, it was empty) and not a scratch on it! Easy recommend.

Those cups are super elegant and beautiful. They keep the coffee warm longer but be aware they are fragile.
