Great hot sauce!
Extremely good hot sauce. No, I am not going to rave about how it is the best ever. There are way too many sauces, and way to many recipes to declare a "best." I really like this sauce, and will continue to get it as long as it is being produced, but I have several other sauces that I like based on their own merits. The good: It is not the hottest. There is a bit of heat, but if you are looking for pain, go to Dave's insanity or pure cap, or some other stupid hot sauce. It is tasty. It has a nice flavor. It compliments a lot of styles of food. It is great on pizza, is really nice on burgers (others are equally nice), and eggs are a treat with this sauce. The bad: It is not the hottest. Well, by that, I mean it could be a bit spicier. I would not call it mild, or even medium, but it is not hot either. Marie Sharps Fiery is hotter, with an equally (but different) flavor. And, sometimes, depending on what you are using it with, it has a bit too much garlic flavor. I tend to avoid using it when I am eating garlicky foods. The ugly: I can't find this for sale anywhere except for Amazon. And, I tend to run out before I reorder. The garlic flavor can be a surprise. If you try this and think there is way too much garlic, try it with something else before you reject it. I would, and continue to recommend this to friends. It will not likely be your "only" hot sauce, but it will take a place of respect on your shelf.

Great spice and flavor
Soooo good! Used to use rooster sauce but it’s been messing with my belly the day after use…💩 The fix does not do this. Great spice and flavor!

Delicious! I'm glad I took a chance and bought it. So happy I did!
This hot sauce is high quality, spicy and flavorful! Very easy to use pop top opening. No bitterness and a warm aftertaste.

Sweet Heat, Thin Consistency
In the midst of a Sriracha sauce shortage that left me feeling quite disappointed, I embarked on a search for an alternative hot sauce to enhance my sushi experience. My quest led me to the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce. Over time, I've had the opportunity to explore its flavors and here's my take on it. Pros: Good amount of heat: One of the standout features of the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce is its ability to deliver a satisfying amount of heat. It adds a spicy kick to my dishes, which is exactly what I was looking for to complement my sushi. If you're a fan of spicy flavors, this sauce won't disappoint in that department. Almost sweet in flavor: Interestingly, this Sriracha sauce offers a unique twist by being almost sweet in flavor. It brings a touch of sweetness to the table, which can be a delightful contrast to the heat. This added dimension to the taste profile makes it stand out from other hot sauces and enhances the overall dining experience. Cons: Thinner than traditional Sriracha: One notable drawback is that the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce is thinner in consistency compared to the traditional Sriracha sauce. While this doesn't necessarily affect the flavor, it can make it a bit more challenging to control the amount you use. Those who prefer a thicker sauce might find this aspect disappointing. In conclusion, the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce offers a good amount of heat and an intriguing, almost sweet flavor profile. It serves as a suitable substitute for those facing a Sriracha shortage and looking to spice up their meals. However, its thinner consistency may not appeal to everyone. If you're open to a unique take on Sriracha sauce with a touch of sweetness, this option is worth trying out.

an unspoken force transformed my food from delicious to OUTRAGEOUSLY AMAZING. Even my hunting dogs eat my food
More epic than Gilgamesh himself, THIS sauce that we call FIX has purchased new land in my premium Aston Martin mahogany hot sauce shelf mounted on dead bear skin killed in the glacial plains of Antarctica. Upon squirting this delectable condiment all over my eggs and meat, an unspoken force transformed my food from delicious to OUTRAGEOUSLY AMAZING. Even my hunting dogs eat my food. When inviting fellow Zulu warriors over to debate the next skin shelf mounting hunt, hunter meals were served. Drizzling FIX sauce over our catch of wild boar, the warriors could not decide if the drizzle was for taste or aesthetic purposes. WELL, it does both. Very well, I may add. It makes mah food fancy. Warrior fancy. Why must you ask that this sauce gets a five star rating? Because it's that great. PERIOD. You can't find any type of generic Sriracha sauce to serve to your fellow warrior comrades that even reaches the same Echelon that this sauce we call FIX is on. It's amazing that we can have this delivered to the warrior's doorstep with this tool we call AMAZON. But in all seriousness, get this sauce. It's delicious, I can add it to anything, and it's SOOOOO much better than Tabasco, Cholula or other Denny's tabletop condiments. It's got a slight tang, slightly garlic-ee and more of a peppery taste than regular Sriracha. You'll thank me later.

My new go to Sriracha
Do you like Sriracha? Don't use it anymore because most brands put ingredients you no longer want to go into your body? Five ingredients, that is all! No fillers, thickeners or flavor enhancers. The taste is delicious. I use it very often and will continue to if Fix continues to provide the same quality. Update: I tried the Lemongrass Sriracha, "AWESOME SAUCE" (every pun intended). So good, I like this brand very much... why is it not available for months now.

Garlic overpowers chili pepper flavor
Got this to see if it could replace Underwood Ranches Sriracha. I saw lots of reviews this was a good alternative. It is just too much garlic. That’s the primary flavor I get instead of chili peppers. I mainly use this on eggs and it just tastes bad and ends up having a fish sauce taste for some reason. If you like a garlic forward hot sauce then this is for you. If you prefer the chili pepper be the focus then pass on this.
