My fave and hard to find anymore. Glides on smoothly and stays all day. One gentle swipe and your line is there. My eyes are sensitive and have never had an issue with this eyeliner. Water proof but also easy to remove at the end of the day with my Mary Kay oil free eye makeup remover. One pencil lasts a long time but I always like to have a spare on hand.

This is the Holy Grail of waterproof black eyeliner pencils. It's truly waterproof and does take effort and eye makeup remover to clean off, but you'll NEVER worry about it smudging even in rain or at the pool. Not only is it bulletproof, it's extremely pigmented, giving the best color payoff I've found especially in the waterline. One swipe in the waterline gives full coverage..it's amazing. And the cherry on top.. it's under $5. I've repurchased 60+ times!

I’ve been using this eyeliner for a while and really like it. It applies smoothly and the color is nicely pigmented. It lasts for several hours without smudging too much. Great value for the price and perfect for everyday use. I have tried many different branded eyeliners but this is winner.

The only thing I don't love about this is how hard it is to sharpen, which, from what I read, is a universal complaint. I use a very small sharpener and it just seems to crumble just about the time it is sharpened. What a waste of product. It isn't exactly what I would call waterproof but it's close. It does travel under, and in the corner of, my eyes as the day goes on and I only put it on my water line. It is very smooth, very black and glides on easily. I really love it if I could just figure out how to sharpen it without losing half of it in the process. UPDATE: This is not my original idea but it worked for me: When my pencil was new and not yet sharpened, I cut the blunt/top end of it off with a pair of side cutters from my tool box. That part appears to be made of plastic. I had to turn the pencil several times and squeeze the cutters really hard but they finally cut through. This exposed the round hole where the product is located. I used a cotton swab to gently push the product through the exposed end. Now I have no more product loss due to poor sharpening. I put a cap over the end from another pencil that had been used up. So far, so good.

I like the Rimmel London Scandaleyes Waterproof Gel Pencil—it really makes my eyes pop and goes on easy and smooth with a nice bold color. The only downside is it doesn’t quite stay on all day for me and does fade a bit after several hours, especially if I’m active. Overall, it’s still a good eyeliner for the price and gives a strong look, just wish the wear time was a little longer. Despite that, it’s still one of my favorite pencils for the price and look.

I absolutely love this color. I use it on the inside corner of my eyes and a little bit on the top lid and it really brightens the eyes up. As far as longevity I can't really speak to that as I use a finishing mess which keeps my makeup on throughout the day. So without that mess I'm not sure about the longevity. The downfall, which is why I gave it three stars, is the amount of product given is so tiny. I used it twice and I'll probably only get two or three more uses out of it. I thought it was a cool pencil that can be sharpened. With that in mind I'd still lightly buy again if I can't find a comparitive color

This review is for Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof and Rimmel Scandaleyes waterproof Kohl Kajal Liner. The only difference between the two is that the first one you have to use a sharpener and the second is retractable. I RECOMMEND 100% both and this is why: I use liners to my waterline I have oily skin and sensitive eyes hence need eyeliners to be extremely waterproof and non irritating. I have bought and tested so many brands throughout the years and the first Great liner that I found was Urban Decay 24 which I loved for many years because is great but the color is not very pigmented and is pricey for someone who use eyeliner every single day and you CAN'T stock up this kind of liners when is on sale because it dries up and becomes useless, then I found Milany Liquid Eye pencils which would never ever smudge even if you cry for hours your eyeliner will be intact is incredible and is the most pigmented eyeliner ever and I was amazed how cheap it was (around $5) but it irritated my eyes a little bit and was extremely difficult to remove and also started getting more expensive now is around $10... still cheap for the quality. Now to what is IMPORTANT, Rimmel waterproof pencils! WOW!!! really at $3.50 and $4.50 I can't believe the price and is because the quality is so superior among all all aaall brands I have tried. Doesn't irritate my eyes even wearing it for 10 hours, I read reviews that say it smudges and is not waterproof and the secret to any waterproof eyeliner to stay put is first, your eyes have to be COMPLETELY CLEAN and dry (NO OILY MOISTURIZER IN THIS AREA! this is the major mistake made by most people), second, APPLY IT and let it dry at least for 30 seconds, when used for WATERLINE I just tilt my head toward the sealing a little bit and when in a rush I vent it with my hand to dry it faster . for the UPPER EYELID and specially for HOODED EYES apply and either look down or hold your eyelid until it dries. For EXTREMELY OILY EYELID, apply eyeliner then apply an black eye-shadow on top DABBING IT DO NOT DRAG IT with the eye shadow brush OPTIONAL apply once more if necessary and let it dry. MY TECHNIQUE DOESN'T FAIL WHATSOEVER (try until mastering this techniques) Trust me I'm a makeup artist with a very oily eyelid and sensitive eyes.

TL;DR - 100% recommend! This is waterproof, even in the swimming pool & sets quickly (but can be smudged if you're quick). Best pencil liner (sharpenable) and stays in the water line! I'm a light-medium skin tone & brunette (natural black), which makes me high contrast and therefore only interested in the deepest black mascara and eyeliner. Both must be waterproof and easy to take off when I decide and this checks every box for me. At this price point, I'm able to keep several on hand so I'm never without it. (: I adore this liner and would easily buy it at triple the price, it's just that good. It's one of the darkest black liners I've come across and at a 6th of the price of others, this has earned its place in my makeup bag to say the least. I keep two "emergency liners" under my sink & once the one in my makeup bag gets small, I throw it in my purse just in case. On a casual day, if my eyebrows are clean (waxed/plucked) & I have this liner in my upper waterline, I feel put together enough to leave the house without any other makeup on. I have medium brown eyes and a black limbal ring but the contrast is much more noticeable when I wear this liner, so I'm fully addicted. On multiple occasions, I've been swimming (I'm talking fully submerged, diving, and rough play for hours) on a 100+ degree day and it's still hanging on by night. Unless I scrub at it with a towel (which hurts, so don't lol) or use a cleansing oil/ makeup remover, it's hanging on through almost anything. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for staying power and doesn't mind sharpening a pencil liner.

Dieser Eyeliner ist wirklich gut und hält den ganzen Tag (ca. 8 Stunden) auf der Wasserlinie. Er öffnet das Auge und ksst es strahlen. Der Versand war sehr schnell und der Stift war gut verpackt. Gerne wieder

Der Kohl Kajal von Rimmel ist wirklich ein tolles Produkt! Die Farbe ist kräftig schwarz (nicht so schwach wie bei vielen Kohl Kajal) und lässt sich so präzise wie ein flüssiger Eyeliner auftragen (vorausgesetzt er ist immer gut gespitzt, aber auch nach mehreren Anwendungen und einer runderen Spitze funktioniert das noch super). Der Kajal hält wirklich den ganzen Tag mit minimalen Farbverlusten.
