Given time, this makes a difference on your skin. I have some weird dry skin patches in my beard and eyebrows that got flaky skin. A dermo told me that it might be fungal and they could write me a script but it would be better for me to just see if over the counter zinc soaps might do the trick. They sure did! While I don't know if they "cured" it, but the patches have stopped appearing or appearing as badly as they did. My skin feels and looks much healthier now and smoother than it was. I got my daughters using it and I think I can see a difference on their complexions as well. With the three of us using a single bar in the shower to wash our face, ears and neck, this lasts about a month. Which isn't that bad. The soap lathers up pretty well, but not super sudsy. I tried the one with "shea butter" in it and didn't like the feeling on my skin. In my opinion the original version is the best version.

Bought this to treat my seborrheic dermatitis and have been pleasantly surprised. I used a wash cloth to wash my face with this soap and by day two the irritation and redness has subsided. It makes your face feel slightly dry after but given that it's making my skin look better I'll take the short lasting dry feeling. It has basically no smell so don't expect to smell amazing after using it.

I love this soap. Once I figured out that I had seb derm around my mouth in my beard arena, not just chapped lips, I got this bar to treat it. It lathers well, has zero scent, and isn’t nearly as drying as PanOxyl acne bars, which I have sworn by for two decades since I was a teen, and obviously doesn’t bleach towels like benzoyl peroxide. Fungal overgrowths, including seb derm, dandruff, jock itch, etc take several weeks to treat. Don’t give up if it doesn’t work right away. Make sure to put it somewhere to dry properly, and it will last months of daily use. I have stopped even using the PanOxyl, and just use this on my whole face and occasionally when my pits or feet get really rank, and on my hair when I’m traveling to keep dandruff under control without having to pack separate ZnP shampoo. Zero acne, and it does come back if I stop using it, so it’s doing the job for mine. If I had to live out of a backpack for the rest of my life, an endless supply of this and Zote soap will clean pretty much everything on and off-body without destroying the environment or my skin.

I have always had blackheads on my nose and a few on my chin. I tried pore strips, the suction tool, that metal tool to squeeze it out (those are all bad for you to all or some extent), but none of those have worked as great as this. I was taken aback at how well it worked the first time. I couldn't believe that something as painless as this could work. I've tried a multitude of creams and exfoliants. Of course, the blackheads come back but to be fair I now wash my face once a day or 2. I tried using this on my back, but I'm honestly not sure how well it worked bc I can't see. It did make the arm part of my should break out in pimples, so it took me a month or two for it to stop and it's still currently healing up. So I say be careful using this because I used this product twice or three times during a wash bc I found that the more I used it, The more my blackheads would get erased. But I also found out that my nose would absolutely burn when I used a serum after. also, something kind cool but kinda gross about this product is that when I'd use it if the water to dryness ratio is just right, my blackheads actually get suck to the bar. Overall, this product helped my face. My forehead especially looks really smooth and my pores are small. Maybe if I washed my face regularly, my skin would be better, but it is not too bad right now. This is saying a lot because I've struggled with acne since the fourth grade so having a clear nose means a lot to me. I am definitely going to continue buying throughout my life bc it definitely made a difference to me.

I've tried many facial cleaners, including expensive name brand cleansers that have been recommended by a dermatologist. Nothing has been able to help my sensitive skin, and would only irritate and dry out my skin. My father researched the best skincare ingredients to combat breakouts, and he came across this facial bar. I've been using this facial bar for about 2 years and I have noticed a difference in my skin. My skin is clearer and my breakouts are not as severe. For stubborn pimples, I use Mighty Patch in conjunction with the soap to help get rid of it quicker, and it work wonders. One thing I would like to make note of: I have very sensitive skin. My cheeks are the most sensitive area of my face. This facial cleanser can be very drying. When I first used it, I could only use it twice a week because it would dry out my skin, and my cheeks were so sensitive that it would burn to use the cleanser or when I would apply moisturizer. Now I can use the cleanser everyday with no issues, but my skin still dries out, so I recommend using a moisturizer immediately after use. Another thing I like about this bar is that it lasts me about 2 months, with everyday use. Overall, I am very pleased with this facial cleanser bar. It helps keep my skin clear of breakouts, but when I do have breakouts, I use Mighty Patch along with the soap, and it helps get rid of it quicker. It can be very drying, so using a good moisturizer after use is what I recommend. I would recommend giving this bar a try, and I will continue buying it.

I am pleased to share that I have recently begun using this, and it appears to be offering some assistance. I have struggled with skin issues for several years, and medical professionals have been unable to determine the cause. They have suggested that the issues may be related to my mental state, possibly influenced by my past experiences. Despite being in my twenties and now in my forties, the stigma associated with addiction continues to affect my interactions with doctors, which is disheartening. I suspected a fungal infection from the beginning, considering my residence in Florida and my cleaning activities at the time, but no doctor took my concerns seriously. Consequently, I have been dealing with these unpleasant breakouts that spread due to my touching them. My quality of life had diminished to a low level, and I rarely left my home because the breakouts made me appear as though I were using drugs, which I wanted to avoid. I have been trying various remedies to find relief. The condition affects my scalp, face (particularly my nose and eyes), and I now have a yeast infection in my throat resulting from a tooth infection. It is not the most pleasant topic to discuss. However, if you are experiencing similar issues, this information might be helpful. I utilized AI and shared photos of the most affected areas: my neck, behind my ears, and nose. The AI indicated that I had Jock itch and Tina versicolor, and that the infection was severe. I then started using this soap on my neck, arms, and nose. It caused a burning sensation and redness, which I believe indicates that it is working. While the condition has not worsened, it has not yet improved either. I am optimistic that continued use will bring positive results. I will update my review with photos when I observe changes, even though I am hesitant to share them. Additionally, I had hair extensions, which I removed due to excessive itching. When I washed the extensions (which I take good care of), the part that was near my scalp, when soaked with this soap, released an oily substance and other debris that had accumulated on my head after weeks of wearing them. The significant point is that I had soaked them before using the soap, and nothing came off until I used THIS SOAP! Therefore, it definitely works on your head if you wish to wash your hair with it, and I intend to do so as well! So, if it helps someone, that is all that matters! This product is potent, and I was unsure what to expect, but I am content with the results so far. If you suspect you have a fungal infection, this might be beneficial for you as well. Consult with your doctor if they are willing to believe you, but I do not have that option. I will provide updates later. This soap did pretty well but we have started reading ingredient lists and we had to stop buying it based on some of what is in it. If you don't mind the chemicals it seemed to help a skin problem one of the family had. (Tallow balm after using tallow soap did even better)

An excellent and highly effective product. I bought it for a mild psoriasis issue, and the relief from flaking and itching was almost immediate. It leaves a deep clean feeling while respecting the skin barrier. The bar format is incredibly convenient and completely odorless, which is highly appreciated. The value for money is unbeatable considering how fast it delivers results. I will definitely buy it again

This is better than any cream for seborrheic dermatitis.. but don't overuse it .. once a day is the right dose to me.
