Q: How do I store this? The package says to keep it frozen but then it also says it can be eaten at room temperature or refrigerated.

Long term storage ( several weeks or more should be freezer). Refrigerator overnight , and room temp when ready to be consumed

Q: why does it contain silver foil? Is that poisonous to eat?

Silver foil we use is 100% Vegetarian and in edible. Himalya is only company which uses 100% Vegetarian silver.

Q: Please tell it’s expiry date ?

Depends on when it was made. Mine was fresh and the expiration date was well away.
