Bought these after a kneecap injury to help protect and recover. They are excellent on two fronts, firstly the pads are just right. Great protection but not too bulky. They also stay in place very well throughout the day. Secondly the actual elastic bandage holding them on is very supportive and makes a very good knee support. So if you want to support your knee joint and protect your knee cap, these are for you. As a bonus they also wash very well and mine actually survived an accidental cycle in the tumble dryer, although I wouldn't recommend chancing that.The downsides are an inevitable result of the upsides, they do get hot over a long day. The material does a pretty good job of letting air flow and wicking sweat away but they will still end up hot and sweaty. The other downside is they will dig in over the course of a day because the bandage is so firm. You have to keep an eye on them so you don't end up with sore patches.Overall these work perfectly for me.

Bought these to replace Storelli knee guards which used to slip down and resulted in repeated bruised knees. Wore these once and it's an incredible difference! They didn't slip down, weren't too tight or sweaty, fit well under my Nike strike bottoms and best of all, completely protected my knee when blocking.

Great for protecting knees from bumps, if your buying for kneeling, ( wore out after 3 shifts ) the center pads will wear VERY quickly i would not recommend for that.

I’m able to knee now without pain on my knee caps it’s like kneeling on a cushion. The only thing I dislike about them is that they bunch up behind my knees as I wear mine under my jeans for work just have to keep moving them. Wash really well definitely protect my knees wish I’d had them when I was caring

I wear these under my uniform for 12 hour shifts. Makes my knees feel much safer, can get a bit itchy
