"Waking The Demon" Bullet For My Valentine Special Edition Mead 75cl

Tried a few of them now and here is my ranking 🤗 1- the best one - Moniack mead (it’s so sweet but not overly sweet , you can really taste the honey) 2- traditional mead - also sweet and you can taste the honey but not as much as the moniack mead 3- the cherry one :) you can definitely taste the cherry flavour and it’s nice and sweet 4 - the demon one is still a bit sweet but not as much as all of the others , it’s still nice 5 - the rhubarb one it’s nice but definitely not as nice as the other ones and the taste dose not really taste like rhubarb but something else , still nice but the Demon one and rhubarb is definitely the least favourite and would go for the top 3 that I’ve listed 🤗 the company makes amazing mead and will definitely order the top ones again and again , good price as well 🤗 I have to try the rest of the flavours now 🙌🏻

Last year I'd tasted various meads at my local Xmas fair but wasn't sure if I liked it enough at he time for the cost, so when I saw this was at a good price on Amazon I thought it'd be a nice treat try in cherry flavour. My plan was get it, give it a try, save the rest for my Xmas party to share with friends. Needless to say this bottle won't last til Xmas, it's too tasty. You can warm it up as a winter treat, or drink it at room temp, or cooled, for an any time of year treat. Perfect for those who don't like the sourness of wine or the sharpness of spirits. It's smooth, gently sweet not overwhelming like pop. And the alcohol is subtle, not hitting you in the face. But do drink with caution, because the alcohol is subtle you might not realise how much you've drank before tipsy hits. I look forward to trying different flavours, mint next I think. And ofcourse need to get another of the cherry for my Xmas party lol.

I bought this for Christmas to try. The taste is smooth with a lovely warm cherry flavour, not overpowering, followed by a hint of honey at the end. It's not sickly sweet. It's a lovely drink. I would recommend any mead lovers to try it.

I had purchased a bottle of black cherry mead as a celebration for getting a new job in the past week. Initially, I was looking online in the UK for stores that would have any mead at all. Apparently, this bottle would be available in Waitrose stores near me. However, I did not find any, as they seem to be quite limited in brick-and-mortar stores. Flavour 3★ When I saw its availability on Amazon, I was pleasantly surprised. Amazon seemed to have a couple of different flavours which I did not recognise and have not tried. Flavour-wise, it is quite a nice taste, and not overly sweet, despite being a mead, of course. Rather than being cheap honey water, it is quite delectable for the price. And the cherry flavour is quite delicious as well. I would say it's much better than having basic honey flavour. But that depends if you like the sweet profile of mead in general. I would say give this one a try, and determine whether or not it's to your liking. Having made mead myself in the past as a hobbyist, this doesn't compare to a good quality homemade version, but as a quick and cheap bottle, it suffices. Value for money 4★ For me, I wouldn't buy it again if I didn't have any bottles of my own brand at home, but as a quick gift, it doesn't involve too much money and resources to get, and it's quite nice, it is the same price as store-bought bottles.

One of the best meads I've tried at this price range, the best being their other drink "Venom". I like to buy multiple bottles and stash some to enjoy slowly like whiskey. If you want a good gift for a mate or colleague, consider this mead. It can be classed as wine and a hard drink, so switch up and pull a fast one to suit whoever it's for. It has a sweet taste with a slight burning warmth for aftertaste. I say "slight" because compared to Rum or Whiskey, this burn is nothing. Do note that it can be strong for people who don't drink much. Like I said, its more of an appreciation drink. Getting smashed off this would be such a waste.

This lot never disappoints, I have tried alot of different brands and this one is now my favourite go too for mead. Lovely flavour, time for skyrim I think.

Brilliant quality, lovely colour and smell. A Christmas tradition for us. Good value for money.

Ich habe zwar erst 4 oder 5 verschiedene Met Sorten probiert, unter anderem von dem Örtlichen Imker, aber dieser trifft meinen Geschmack am besten und wird bei Gelegenheit erneut gekauft.

Richtig guter Met! Zwar etwas teuer aber der Geschmack ist es wert!

Fast zu schade zum trinken😅 Haben es verschenkt. Kam super an. Wie es schmeckt, kann ich leider nicht sagen. Persönlich find ich es ganz schön teuer. Im Prinzip ist es nur Met mit einer schön versetzten Optik. Für etwas günstiger würde ich wahrscheinlich mehr davon kaufen
