Could be helpful
I have had good success with homeopathic products most of the time. This one is a liquid that is based in alcohol, which you can taste. It is better for taste to put drops in water and drink as the direction state on the box. I don’t ,ind the taste in water. I think his will be helpful for me to use during the dark winter months. It is pricey but a little goes a long way too. This product is made in Italy. The company has been in business 40 years.

Third-party validation is key in confirming a supplement's quality, potency, safety, and overall effectiveness.
