Turn the wig inside out and wet the hair with lukewarm water from the top(cap) to reduce tangling. Apply shampoo in a downward motion and rinse until water runs clear. Do not rub the cap when washing. Turn the wig cap back and repeat above steps with cold water when applying conditioner. Gently squeeze out excess water and pat dry with towel. She is synthetic so of course there are tangles but because of the texture, it just looked like my regular, kinky curly hair. Can be worn with pretty much any kind of part or pulled back. After a month I cut the hair into a bob and gave her a nice fringy bang and she's still gorgeous and very versatile.The copper color is gorgeous.
