I'm deciding between this or the hhnds6.  i want my desk against the wall.  can i still arrange the arms to sit pretty flush?

I purchased this last week.  I have a corner desk and the desk surface is 23" deep, with a hutch on one side.  I like this stand a lot, but there was no way I was going to get the desk against the wall.  I had my desk about 9" out from the wall and that was just enough clearance to position the monitors how I wanted them (24" screens).  I tried a lot of different positions, but nothing really worked.  Ultimately, I decided this isn't going to work for me, so I'm going to return it.  I will say, I was really impressed with this mount.  It just doesn't fit my space.  If you've got a deeper desk, or don't mind not being against the wall, I would absolutely recommend it.

Can I mount it on my glass desk？

It's better not directly mount this dual monitor stand on a glass desk. For mounting monitor stand on a glass desk, please add a monitor mount reinforcement plate on the glass desktop and then clamp the stand to the reinforcement plate and desk. Please kindly search "HNMUA4" or "B08CK24TCX" for the monitor mount reinforcement plate.

Can I use this on two laptops at the same time?

Will this fit a Dell 24" s242hgf ?

It should. I use mine with a 34" ultrawide and a 24" touchscreen monitor on top of it. Handles both equally well. So long as your monitor has a VESA mount (and Google says it does), mounting it will take five minutes.
