The quality for the price is great. When menopause hit I immediately searched for the right supplement combination to combat all the awful things that come with it. I’ve been happy with this L-Theanine and especially like that the 400 mg strength is clearly labeled and the bottle contains 120 capsules. The capsules are easy to add to my regular supplement routine, and Horbäach has become a brand I feel comfortable purchasing. I also think the quantity for the price makes this a good value compared with some of the smaller bottles I’ve seen. Straightforward product without making my routine complicated.

I am on many different anxiety meds. I have been for a long time. They no longer seems to work like they did. I started taking l-theanine as my dog takes it and it calms him. Lo and behold! The anxiety and edginess I was feeling dissipated and I was able to come off one anxiety meds after talking to my psychiatrist. Hopefully another, soon. Yay for supplements vs pharmaceuticals 💕🙏🏽👏🏽

I had my gallbladder removed about five years ago. These are the only pills that actually helped me and I feel normal.

It took me a full month using this product faithfully before I could tell a difference and it does help me sleep better at night.

This is fab to have on hand when I am having a bad day. It works 9 out of 10 times. I do not need it every day. When I need a boost, I'm glad it's here. I just ordered my second bottle since the original purchase several months ago.

As another review posted, these are 200mg capsules, not "400mg capsules". Very misleading.

I usually use California Gold Nutrition L-Theanine 200mg but decided to give this brand a try, as they're slightly cheaper. These pills are quite ineffective. I'd say they're probably only 1/3 the strength of a single California Gold Nutrition AlphaWave L-Theanine 200mg capsule. I won't be buying these again and can't recommend, until they check their formula and make sure it's all L-Theanine. I suspect it's about 50-66% DL-Theanine and only 33-50% L-Theanine hence the much lower effect.
