It definitely has improved my bowel movements, and mornings are a pleasant affair. I'm guessing the other multivitamins also help with general immunity, but with being cooped at home mean that there is anyway less of a change to catch a cold or get that aspect tested. But it's overall a good product. The delivery mechanism in the form of effervescent tablets is a fun playful addition - especially if you have children around. Usually it dissolves well without any stirring required. Overall, a recommend product.
