Business Associations, Cases and Materials on Agency, Partnerships, and Corporations (University Casebook Series) 8th Edition

There are only minor differences between this book and the 7th edition, but thanks to Amazon allowing you to rent the book, just rent it! My bus ass professor is strict on using the newest edition of the book-- it costs roughly 15 dollars more to rent this book as opposed to renting the older edition. As such, I am returning my 7th edition and renting this 8th edition.With the rentals, you are still saving over 150$. I didn't think you could rent this text for 35$ (was at a higher price) so I followed my fellow reviewers' advice and rented the 7th. As for the book itself, I agree that you probably want to buy a supplement; I heard the Acing series is good. This book is mainly cases-- the notes aren't very helpful.

Of all the books that were on my required reading list for my Business Associations I class, this one was perhaps the most required. I really enjoyed how when I was given reading assignments for the class, that assignment was right there in the book when I opened the book to find the assignment. This book is a must buy for anyone who has no choice but to purchase this book!

This book I ordered was really good. It was like a new copy but I just paid $26 as opposed to $200 plus for a new one! I bought other stuffs too and so far it's been a good experience.

Pretty good casebook and probably the most popular for introductory business associations and corporate law classes. It is so popular, in fact, good luck finding a copy in September! A number of students in my class could not get one before class started.

The product is broken pages aren’t even attached to the book. Really bad shape when it says good. Im just going to keep it because the semester already started and I need it. Totally disappointed, not worth the money.
