This sausage is a delicate 50/50 blend of pheasant and chicken, and is complemented by spinach, mushrooms and parmesan. It is then stuffed in sheep casing to maintain a pork-free sausage. No artifical ingredients. Minimally processed. No added Nitrates or Nitrites except for natually occuring in sea salt and celery powder. Not preserved - keep refrigerated below 40 F at all times.
