engraving was not the greatest

Frame was nice. The engraving with the texts/letters were not as I expected. Text could have been deeper engraved and some of words were not as deep as the others.

Great product, great service!

I purchased this as a gift, but had the idea late, so ordered it late. I was afraid it wouldn't arrive in time to give it as a gift. However, the frame and assembly kit and all instructions arrived really quickly!! The frame arrived very safely packaged and is really beautiful. The assembly instructions are easy to follow. This is a great item, well worth the price. I would definitely recommend this item and would purchase it again!
