These chickpeas are always tender.

I use them when I am making hummas, and it comes out awesome, as I keep making extra as it is a hit with my friends, a lot better than store bought hummas. The can is loaded with the beans, a lot less water than other brands I have tried. All perfect look beans, no discolored at all and no broken pieces. Kind of hard to open the lid, but I just end up using an electric can opener as it is easier and just ab out as quick and safer to open. I drain out the water, throw into my blender and add the rest of the ingredients, squeezed lemon juice, peanut butter, garlic,olive oil, spices and I'm good to go 30 seconds later. (well, after 15min. of clean up, that is) And I like the best competitive price I get here and that the cans come in very well packed together, not denting like other online supplies I ordered from. A nice little touch.

When i was younger i would get very sick whenever I ate these beans. As I got older I guess I grew out if it. I actually love these beans I cook with these beans. I even eat them out the can. My favorite beans.
