They Work
[This is the same review for the Low, Medium and High UTG 30mm Weaver Mount, See-Thru Scope Rings] Okay, this is a scope ring. What do you expect - they mount on the rail, they hold a scope. Actually these receive the 5 star rating for a number of reasons - with ONE drawback. The Drawback: They say 'See-Thru' which is technically true. However you are looking through a slit in the low rise base that is maybe a 1/4" high opening - so if you can adjust your "cheek to stock weld" AND you can see below both the ocular and objective lenses AND you can still see the rifle's sights - then they are 'See-Thru'. This applies to 'Low Rise' - the Medium and High 'See-Thru' mounts have some functionality. These are one of the 'true' Weaver mounts still available [not Picatinny' rail mounts] and the only ones I've found that fit on a Savage [semi-proprietary - not quite Picatinny, Mil-Spec or Weaver] scope base. The fit and finish are excellent - nice matte - seemingly durable finish. I've used these and mid-rise and high rise on a couple of rifles for varmint scopes so I can attest they hold zero consistently. Two things I do not know: 1. If they hold zero once removed and replaced on the mounting rail/base since I don't remove optics except with 'quick-release' fittings for 'tactical' rifles. 2. I do not know how well they hold up and are durable with heavy calibers - the largest caliber I've used these on is 5.56mm. I currently have mounted 4 scopes using UTG 30mm rings and have experienced and have had no complaints for rifles from 22LR, .17 HMR to 5.56 mm and 5.7 x 28. They do the job as well as rings costing 10x as much. Pros: Cost/Price Finish Ease of Use [the flat top on the ring makes it very easy to level a scope - simple mounting screws with provided allen wrench] Seemingly durable Consistency in product quality [4 different sets low, med, high - all with the same build quality] Value for the dollar Cons: Low rise are not really functionally 'See-Thru' Personally, I would and do recommend this product and would suggest [unless you know specifically where your L.O.S. and objective lenses are on the rifle] that you buy the set of three - low, medium and high so you get the best fit for scope, rifle and shooter. Excellent set of rings, affordable, and stand the test of time. Can't go wrong
I see from the web site that I have ordered these 5 times before. I have NEVER had any issues with these rings. I am NOT a fancy pants, stuck up "precision" shooter, I hunt and I do tactical training. These don't cost a lot, and its from a classy company--they include an extra ring screw in case one gets lost or you lose one. Now who does that anymore? That's class. I am just now ordering my 6th, and will keep on using them as I keep adding to my arsenal. You will NOT be disappointed. 5 stars for sure.

After buying one I bought 3 more.
I purchased this for a Hatsan 155 torpedo and it works great . It gives me excellent eye relief and also comes with stop pins and even extra hardware. They are high profile mounts which accommodates a 6-24 ×50 scope nicely. I really like this and purchased 3 more for some of my other rifles. EXCELLENT PRODUCT(I found other mounts for cheaper prices but why risk buying junk when you have a proven product) just purchased another for a Hatsan150 sniper.( The last mount I received seemed a little off and had to shim rear mounts in order to get my scope to zero out,but no big deal. ) late entry I purchased 7 total and last 2 needed to be shimed so I think QUALITY CONTROL is needed. Also make sure you secure the bottom mounts before screwing down your set screw. Otherwise your alignment will be thrown off and your scope will have to be dialed to far left or right and if that happens you know the mount is fighting against the set screw.

Pretty decent rings
Rings are light. And seem pretty solid. I have always liked having two screws on each ring. So that’s a plus. Hight is exactly what I was looking for. Needed a higher set of rings for a 44mm bell. Fits perfectly with enough space from barrel to bottom of bell. What I don’t like. Is the tightening screws on the side. To tighten the rings to the rail. They’re a lightweight alloy. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. They can and will strip/break if you use a little A$$ behind it to snug them up. I know better too. If you just use a little lock-tite. And tighten them up. With out trying to put the screw threw the rail. You’ll be fine. I can’t comment on how well they hold up to a larger caliber than a 270. But so far they are holding up good on my 5.56, 7m-08, and 270. Not sure if I’ll try them on my 300 win. Those rounds are a bit more pricey to have to keep sighting in.

Perfect for the UTG Bug Buster scope
I used this to mount a UTG Bug Buster scope on my Benjamin Marauder pistol air gun and it fit perfectly. Good quality, no machining marks or blemishes and nice finish. It is light weight and for the price, cant be beat.

Works GREAT on a Gamo Swarm Fusion 10X Gen 2, .22 Cal Air Rifle
I got a better scope for my Gamo Magnum, and I wanted to use the Gamo 1-9 X40 AO on my Swarm Fusion as it is a much better scope than the Gamo scope supplied with my Fusion. However, it was a no-go with the standard Fusion mounting because the Magnum scope was too big for the Fusion. This UTG 1PC Offset Airgun Mount w/Stop Pin, 1" Dia, Bi-direction fits perfectly on the RRR Recoil Reduction Rail but offsets it from the Gamo Swarm Fusion10X Gen 2, so that there is no incompatibility with the scope and the Gamo Swarm Fusion 10X Gen 2, .22 Cal mechanism. In fact, it is a little higher and further back so that it is much easier to sight in and because it is a little higher and further back the reloading mechanism interferes less with the optics and makes a much clearer picture through the scope. In addition, this mount is an aircraft aluminum alloy. It is light and very rigid. This is perfect for a rock-solid mounting. I am not sure what alloy of aircraft aluminum they used. But typically, it is very strong. For instance, Aluminum Alloy 7075, which has zinc as the primary alloying element. Its strength is with strength comparable to many steels but much lighter. This mounting is therefore, very light and strong. It does not make the rifle feel top-heavy. UTG hit this one out of the park with design, strength, and functionality.

Perfect for Benjamin Akela .22
Just put these on the Akela bullpup as it needs high rings to allow you to get a cheek weld and see thru the scope. These work fine...though some might want Extra-High for a bit more leeway. It's best to have the scope as close to the bore as possible to make ranging trajectory easier to compute...and these are about 2.875" over the bore which makes very close shots need some hold-under with a 20yd zero which is then within 1/2" out to about 50 yds which then starts needing hold over compensation. This is with 18.1 grain JSB Heavies @ 900'ish which is full power in the Akela with hammer settings stock. Probably more in there if you'd want it but 33ft/lbs is pretty decent and much more powerful than the Marauder .22 this replaces. Good rings for a good price...good kit.

Solido
Gli attacchi sono solidi e danno l'impressione di stabilità. Li ho presi per installare un'ottica 6x24x42 su una slitta Picatinny di un Saiga MK102 in calibro .223. Valuterò la stabilità effettiva durante un test in poligono.
