When I rinsed it out, my hair felt so soft and the tangles disappeared. I could actually run a brush through my hair after my first application. I would greatly suggest this to anyone wanting softer and more manageable hair. This does a fabulous job on over processed and damaged hair.It smells great and I would recommend this to either a man or a woman looking for a great hair product with amazing ingredients. WRONG! Doing it that was a disaster and my hair was frizzy and "crunchy" So I reread the instructions and it did say to apply to towel dried hair, so that's exactly what I did. The results were so different. My hair is soft, smooth and smells wonderful. I can run my fingers though my hair without it getting caught.
