Its a quality product. Design of the phone ergonomic. Display is big with big key pads. Really helpful for people who can not operate a smartphone. I have purchased 3 phones till now in last 4 years. All are working fine. Value for money.

Nice mobile but received silver colored device
I've ordered this mobile for my MoM who was using Samsung keypad phone for a while which started dysfunctioning frequently. The Lava A5 phone that I received is in silver color and not as shown in pics on the box as well as on Amazon web site. Have compromised on the color without replacement. Not happy with the battery backup and have to be charged daily even for minimum to average usage.
