Has handy clips to securely attach it if you're worried about it falling out a window. Due to weight limitations on an internal flight I disposed of the buckwheat on the return, but it's easy enough to replace next time I need it. Rice would be an alternative fill. The buckwheat itself was an excellent fill material, easy to shape into the right position to secure my camera and lens. It is necessary on such a trip? The SafariSack works on on car windows, but not sure about the Cinesaddle, unless it was inverted? The B&H site is unclear on what the filler is for the Cinesaddle. We offer it three ways: empty, filled with poly (plastic) or buckwheat hulls. **Q: What is the weight pre-filled with buckwheat?** A: Don't really know. I travel with my SafariSack empty and fill it with dried beans wherever I go, then either toss them or give them away since they cost a few pennies. You can usually stop at any vegetable market and get them. I travel in Tanzania twice a year and refill it each time. **Q: What size big would you recommend for a 400mm 2.8 prime lens?** A: IMHO, this sack would fit well for a 400 mm lens. I use a 200 - 400 Nikon and it works well, event with the lens extended.
