Best.Game.Ever.
Okay, so I'm biased. I'm a dancer and I always have been. Even so, this game is excellent. In my opinion, it's the best release in the Just Dance series to date. You can easily go look up the song list from the games, so I won't waste your time with that. Let me just point out some of the differences between this and previous editions of Just Dance: --Workout Mode: There is no "Just Sweat" to turn on during the normal dances. They've replaced it with a separate workout section where you can choose a 10, 25, or 45 minute workout which consists of several fitness sessions set to music, broken up by songs from the actual game. The songs are selected by the way you move in the fitness sessions: cool or intense. There's also a calorie counter, which is definitely convenient. --Dance Quests: Instead of broad overarching objectives for the game, each song has its own list of goals for you to meet. Once you complete them all, the song selector turns gold. Big improvement, in my opinion. --There's no Simon-Says mode or speed shuffle. Also, shuffle no longer has the option to skip songs. Bit of a downer, but not enough to lower my opinion of the game. --Alternate Versions: Not only can you unlock mash-up versions of the game, but now there are also alternate versions of some of the dances, typically marked extreme--and for good reason! Difficult, but no doubt fun for anyone who enjoys a good physical challege. --Dancer Cards: Ever wonder how good you actually were at Just Dance? Now you don't have to! Dancer cards keep track of everything you do in the game. It logs the time you've spent playing, the calories you've burned in workout mode, your favorite dances, average number of stars, and your dance style. Plus, there's a bunch of fun avatars to choose from. Fabulous update. I think that covers the most significant differences and updates. For the past several weeks, I've played the game every day. Yep, it's that good. Long story short, if you like dancing and you like the Wii, get it.

Endless Fun for Family Dance Parties
Just Dance 4 on the Wii has been a total hit for my family! My son and I absolutely loved playing it together—it’s easy enough for beginners but still challenging enough to keep it fun for older kids and adults. The motion controls work well, and the songs are upbeat and perfect for getting everyone moving. We especially enjoyed competing to see who could get the highest score and trying out the multiplayer modes. It’s a great way to get some exercise while having a blast indoors, especially on rainy days or when you want a fun activity together. Helpful Tip: Clear a bit of space in the living room and use the wrist straps for the Wii remotes—this makes gameplay safer and more enjoyable. Also, keep a water bottle handy; you’ll definitely work up a sweat! If you’re looking for a family-friendly game that’s fun, energetic, and gets everyone laughing, Just Dance 4 is a perfect choice.

They keep getting better!
I received the wii as a gift and with it, Just Dance 1 and 2. From there I purchased Just Dance 3 and 4 because these games are just so fun. I love to dance and dancing to the songs I love from the radio etc. is just SO MUCH FUN! They are motivating me to lose weight and stay active. The games keep improving with different options, fun songs, ways to unlock songs etc. I Just Dance everyday for part of my workout and switch between all 4. The fourth one is nice because it has these cute little Just Sweat sections where you can choose between 10,25, and 45 minutes to workout. Then you can pick which theme of workout you want (space adventure, cheerleader camp, electro etc.) and then you do a warm up. After the warm up, you get a song depending on how you did on the warm up (the more active and better you are, the more intense the next song is). After the song, there is another themed workout. The intensity of the workouts also depend on how well you did on the song before. The Just Sweat switches back and forth between real just dance songs and mini workouts for the duration you initially chose. There is also a cool down which I love! The songs are harder than Just Dance 1-3 but I love it for that reason! I have not gotten tired of 4 yet and I use it A LOT! :)

Awesome for exercise
The Just Dance series is very good, and each version has been an improvement over the last. Just Dance 4 has awesome features that I love. First, when playing in Just Dance mode you can choose which dancer you want to play in duets or dance crews. This is great, I got tired of doing the same dancer over and over in some of the previous games when I was playing the game by myself. Second, the Just Sweat mode is greatly improved. I could choose from three time options (10, 25, or 45 mins). Having just done about 30 mins of regular play, I choose 10 to see how it went. Once started, there was a warm up and at the end there was a cool down, both are greatly needed when exercising. The work out also determined how I was doing when choosing the next song, I am happy to say that all my songs were intense. It also kept track of the calories burned. So, the most important things to me in my workouts is knowing how long I've done the actual exercise for (it didn't keep the time going when I wasn't dancing), and how many calories I've burned, and Just Dance 4 finally provides me with those numbers while keeping the workout fun. Can I burn more calories doing some other workout game like ExerBeat (huge fan), yes, but Just Dance 4 is way more fun and right now, fresh. It will be a regular part of my weekly workouts. Plus, the music is just plain awesome, I loved doing the Time Warp in Just Dance mode.
