Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the results and the overall quality of this product. First and foremost, I love that this oil is 100% cold-pressed. I am obsessed with castor oil now. This oil has so many uses it's unbelievable. But this is my biggest testimony to it's amazingness. I am on a medication that can cause scalp acne for some.. lucky me, I got it. The bumps were at worst, 2" in diameter, very swollen and so painful they hurt when I would walk! My hair was thinning and I was starting to have bad anxiety every time I had to wash and brush my hair. I tried using T-Gel every few days, it just made my hair so dry and was starting to cause dandruff from the scabs, while it was treating the current bumps, it was not preventing new ones. Then I tried buying expensive shampoo, still no help. So, after researching castor oil and it's medicinal properties, I decided to try it on my scalp. TRULY a GOD SEND! I worked my way through my hair, parting it, then dabbed/brushed the castor oil on my scalp with a 2" bristle paint brush. I applied it liberally, and once I was done - combed it gently through my hair. I pinned it up and put a plastic shower cap on. I left it in for a few hours, then showered. I had to wash my hair 3 times to get the oil out, and I put conditioner in very lightly at the ends. A week later.. SCALP ACNE COMPLETELY CLEARED UP !!!!! and after 2 treatments (once a week) my HAIR ISN'T THINNING ANYMORE!!! I've even noticed my hair seems to be growing in places I never noticed were sparse! I've been doing it once a week for about a month now, and it is officially part of my beauty regimen for the rest of my life! 2nd - less of a book - testimony: I had a scrape biopsy done on a mole. After the initial would closed, I started rubbing castor oil on it at night - it healed way fast. 3rd testimony: I bought an empty mascara tube with wand. Put the castor oil in, and at night I brush it on my lashes. My lashes are growing - very slowly, but I do see a difference - and mascara glides on much easier with less clumping (no I did not change brands of mascara). 4th testimony: Traditional use, and why it's in the laxative isle. My friend's son was dealing with horrid constipation. After taking this, a few hours later and an entire role of toilet paper, he was back to his normal maniacal 8yr old self. I know there are many other uses for this magical stuff, but I haven't tried them yet.. but oh.. I will!!!

Definitely get a lot for the cost. I was not expecting castor oil to be thick and sticky, so it was a little hard to do a scalp treatment but it washed out just fine. I definitely do notice softer hair after the first use! Super hydrating. It’s not scented but does have a light smell, it doesn’t smell bad but it doesn’t smell good. Love that it’s natural!!

It's such a good deal for it's price! I'm so thankful for the price because I have chronic eczema and I can't afford all of these oils and ointments. This bulk castor oil is just what I needed. Usually my eczema isn't that bad but for a whole month my entire back, entire neck, my forearms, kneepits, lips, nipples, sides of face, jawline, right ear and pecs and booty have had a rash. My skin burns in the shower when it's too hot. My regular Scalpacin treatment which does the job couldn't do anything this month. I think it was getting too abrasive and I wanted something really natural, so I opted for Castor oil. So I started applying this immediately after every shower and before bed each night and sometimes little touch ups during the day on parts of skin that do not touch clothes. IT HELPED SO MUCH. So far my face, lips, booty, forearms, ear, kneepits and nipples are all cleared up. I'm just waiting on my back to clear. Before I started using the castor oil, my eczema would bleed on my back. Now, my back doesn't have any open wounds and the scars and bumps are starting to fade. I've also started using castor oil on my eye bags, I've seen an improvement there. And I've been using them on my eyelashes and eyebrows. Both of which have seen growth already and I've only been using it for a couple weeks. The only con is that this stuff is SUPER sticky...but that's castor oil for you. It's not the seller's fault or brand's fault. The stickiness is the price we gotta pay for thick, shiny hair and soft, glowing skin. But if it's too heavy for you, mixing it with coconut oil does wonders and makes it lighter and more breathable to wear. Also, putting this stuff straight into your hair could be a nightmare. I would recommend only very lightly putting it on the split ends. In addition, I wouldn't put the castor oil anywhere on your body where you have to throw clothes over it in less than half an hour. It will be very sticky and unpleasant. BOTTOM LINE: I love this brand because they seem to have the highest quality products for the lowest price ranges. I highly recommend this product. I've been using this castor oil so much and I've barely made a dent into it too. I've been using it for a couple weeks, multiple times a day, and I haven't even tapped an inch into it. So it seems like it's gonna last a while!

The item came packed very well, no leakage as others have reported, and I did not get the sense that the bottle was cheap or not durable.In fact it was the opposite. I already use Jamaican Black Castor Oil as part of my hair regimen, and it's also great on my skin, so I imagine this stuff works the same way, just doesn't have the other raw ingredients that JBCO has, but you still get the same results. I plan to start using this product once my JBCO has officially run out. It's a 4oz bottle and so far I have had that bottle for early two months, and not even half of it is gone yet. So I imagine that a 16oz bottle of this stuff will last me for at least 6months to a year. I apply JBCO to my hair about 3x a week, so I plan to do the same with this stuff. I did at least use some of this on my feet once I got out the shower, and it definitely does help with dryness, so that's definitely good. I have heard this can be ingested for other uses, and used for packs, and things like that. I plan to primarily use this on my hair and skin. Based on my experience, you don't need much of this stuff to get it working. A little goes a long way. I can put about the size of a quarter in my palm, and that's enough for all my hair and scalp. As for the value, I feel this was a great deal. Less than $10 got me a 16oz bottle, and the 16oz bottle is already overwhelming, I didn't realize it would be so much, but that's a good thing. I paid close to $9 for the 4oz of JBCO. Granted it's an organic product and all, but still, it's 4oz. Although the 4oz goes a long way, I am excited that this 16oz bottle will go an even longer ways. I can't stress this enough: A little goes a long way! Don't use too much at a time on your hair. It is a heavy oil. it is why I only use it 3x a week. On all other days, I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. With that said, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants healthy, thick hair, and to help with speeding up the growth of your hair. It's not a change that will happen overnight, but the long-term results are definitely great.

I bought this to try and grow my eyebrows out a little bit. After reading all of the reviews, I decided to go with this one, and I'm really happy that I did! I had previously bought a generic brand castor oil in the pharmacy to use on my brows and it was awful.. it was like adding syrup to my eyebrows.. it was messy and a total pain to try and get off in the morning. While I do think that it did help to grow in my brows a bit, I just hated how messy and syrupy it was. This one on the other hand is amazing!! While it is thicker as castor oil is, its nothing like the grocery store kind. I think the quality of this one is much higher, and not at all messy or awful like the other one. I have no issues in the morning with this one, and find the texture much more pleasant. I also liked that this Castor Oil is cold pressed, as that's supposed to make a difference with the overall quality. I hope it works!! I'll update when I know..

Esta marca es excelente y el aceite de ricino va bien para muchísimas cosas. Cunde muchísimo y es de muy buena calidad, ten en cuenta que es un aceite muy denso que depende para que a veces va mejor mezclado con aceite de coco o de oliva, lo recomiendo al igual que otros productos de la marca como el agua de rosas, para el pelo y para la piel.
