Cookware Cleanser & Polish

Holy cheese this stuff works! I just now started cooking with stainless steel so it comes with no surprise that I am tearing these poor pots and pans up. I used Bar keepers friend cookware for the first time today and I am a believer in it now. Will for SURE be buying it again. So easy to use just sprinkle it in a wet pan and scrub. For the harder stuff you just leave it on there for a minute and scrub boom! Gone. It doesn’t smell like flowers but it works! Took off all the gunk from my burnt oil, butter, food, etc. Easy to rinse off just easy. Shiny beautiful pan is after bar keepers the dingy one is one I haven’t used it on yet.

I don't hand out five-star reviews lightly, but Bar Keepers Friend Cookware Cleaner & Polish earned every one. Save your elbows, your patience, and whatever dignity is left after aggressively scrubbing a pan for 20 minutes. One thought about buying this is all you need. I genuinely can't believe I made it this far into adulthood without it. I've walked past countless pots and pans at thrift stores, and even my own neglected cookware, assuming they were beyond saving. Turns out, they were just waiting for an introduction to this miracle in a bottle. We had two pans that had become the outcasts of our kitchen. Every time we pulled them out, it was with a sigh because they were coated with baked-on residue that refused to budge, no matter how much elbow grease we threw at them. A little Bar Keepers Friend, a quick scrub, and they went from embarrassing to looking almost new. They're now back in regular rotation and honestly look good enough to show off. If you have cookware you've written off as a lost cause, don't replace it until you've tried this. It's one of those rare products that actually lives up to the hype, and then some. I only wish I'd found it years ago.

This works perfectly on stainless steel pots and pans and appliances. We recently switched to steel pans. Unfamiliar with how they cook differently, we burned one of the sauce pans. I ordered and used this and the burn marks came out. Pan looks brand new. Amazing product.

I don't even know where to start. I know this thing causes some sort of chemical reaction to do its magic but to me, it's still magic. I bought a stainless steel pan and sometimes getting those things cleaned is a chore. Not with BKF! This thing creates a kind of paste and you swish it around using a scrubby sponge and all that polymerized oil is gone. I keep this stocked in the kitchen at all times now. Trust me, this thing will make your cookware shine.

So,I tried this on a saucepan that had overheated and had burnt oil stains, what a mess. I poured some on a steelwool pad and went to town on that pan! The results were lackluster at best! I got frustrated that I was "taken by a gimmick" because you know Ajax is cheaper? I parked the whole mess and went about my day. Later, and quite by accident, I put some on a dish cloth and wiped the pot. Immediately I noticed that it was cleaning right up. So I continued and successfully cleaned the pot. I went on to "wipe" the stoves drip plates, and pots that needed a shine. I learned that this works better with a cloth and a little goes a long way. Yeah that Ajax got pushed right out my kitchen.

Works great on Stainless Steel Pan

Absolutely amazing!!!! I have no clue how I've lived for 43 years and haven't heard of this stuff. I looked at the picture on the front of the container and figured for sure it was a gimmick. I have never been more wrong. Hardly any elbow grease needed this is magic in a can. I will never be without this stuff ever again. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. The instant pot was impossible to get clean. I scrubbed with brillo, salt and vinegar to make a abrasive paste, dishwasher.. nothing would get it clean, until today. I sprinkled a tiny bit of the powder in the pot just drizzle a little water and lightly scrubbed the pot with a steel scouring pad. CLEAN AS A WHISTLE!!! I had to find something else to try it on. Since the day we moved in the stainless steel stove top had a thick layer of crud on it that was beyond burnt on. Again, I've tried just about everything. I figured when the stove breaks I'll get the aluminum foil protectors and call it a day. Because this was so bad I sprinkled liberally, put a tiny bit of water and made a paste with my fingers. I let it sit for about 5 minutes and lightly scrubbed with the scouring pad.. again I'm flawed. 1000% clean like it was never there. If you don't have this stuff, do yourself a favor and get some ASAP!!

All I can say is, it works, easily! Removed a couple spots of rust that was starting on a stainless butter knife, and it worked fantastic on a pan my son cooked too high heat on with oil. I was happy it did, since we just got this set 2 months ago! The image that shows the baked on oil was after 2 or 3 good cleanings with soap and hot water and a lot of soaking. The other photo is of the amazing job BKF did just following the simple instructions - put a little water, put some powder, scrub with a cloth or sponge, rinse and wipe with a towel. One thing it didn't do as well was the outside/cooktop portion of the pan. The inside, well, it shines. The outside still has staining from the heat and oil splatters that burned onto the pan. It did get some of it off, but not all. Overall, I am very pleased with how it took care of the inside of the pan.

Cleans everything from stainless steel pans

I was told about this product so I gave it a try to clean a burnt pot. However, what I had to do was leave it on until the next day. It didn't leave my pot shiney and clean after scrubbing but I was impressed how much it did remove. Better than other methods and products I had already tried using to clean the pot. It saved my pot from being tossed out. .
