What is the diameter of the new model 40oz? I have small hands and want a large water bottle I can hold.

I can't say for the 40 oz, but the 32 oz is 3.25" diameter. I have fairly large hands, and I wouldn't want a bottle that was much larger than that. Unless you're a two fisted drinker, of course.....!
