It's OK, I guess, just don't confuse this power supply a being for all Apexis  J series cameras.  This is not for J series IP 5 volt cameras.  While the supply looks exactly the same in the photo, this is a 12 Volt power supply.  THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE SHOULD BE LISTED IN THE SPECS!  They only list the input (power) voltage.
