They also use researched ingredients for their supplements and are 3rd party tested. I also like that their capsules are designed to be able to go through the digestive system so that the supplement can reach your intestines, increasing its absorbability. I appreciate their full transparency. It's important to know that what you're purchasing is what you are receiving, especially when it comes to supplements involving your health. There are many companies that willingly sell supplements inaccurately labeled due to its lack of substance or incorrect dosages. There is very limited oversight for supplements from the FDA. Great product. This terrific blend of vitamins and minerals allows me to cut down on the amount of supplements that I was purchasing before. I now have so much more counter top space available because I eliminated purchasing so many other supplements. What a great feeling!

They're easy on the stomach and appear to stay in your system longer than other vitamins.

I guess they are effective as a multi-vitamin. I subtract one star because quite a few of the capsules are approximately one-third empty.

I was very impressed with these vitamins and very a shift in my mood almost immediately. There is no odor, no taste, two pills a day, and the size is comparable to other capsules I take.

AWESOME Product, this has probably been formulated by someone who understands the ComT and MTHFR issue and its codependent issues, and has attempted to modify the doses of other components to fit with someone with MTHFR, including the No iron part. Well thought out excellent product

I haven’t been on it long enough to say if it’s good or not but it’s easy to take, doesn’t make me feel sick, doesn’t have any side effects.
