It's a good weight and size (I cook for one but freeze some) and it's definitely nonstick. It's had a fair bit of use so far - plastic utensils only - and there are no signs of the surface disintegrating.It's strangely resistant to cleaning: always a couple of spots of food left, which is weird considering how nonstick it is in use. But that's just an observation rather than a complaint.It would be improved with the addition of a lid. I planned to use the lid from my outgoing wok - this is a standard size - but it looks like one of my kids has 'borrowed' it... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Best non-stick coat *by F***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 February 2022* The non-stick coat looks high quality and sturdy, not a thin coat that falls apart after a few uses. The over quality is also top-notch, with sturdy handle and tick body construction. It's worth noting that it offers great valeu for money too, as you get quality on par with top brands by half price. Initially I was a bit skeptical with the price, when all well known brands in the pan space (Tefal, Zyliss, Circulon to name a few are much more expensive), so I bought the Salter one together with 2 well-known Zyliss ones that cost twice as much and Salter's quality is totally on par with the most expensive counterpart.
