Charger messed up and ever since got replacement hasn’t worked properly. Even bought extended warranty and still haven’t gotten it replaced. Less than 6 months old.

I love my hover board

The app will not allow you to switch between beginner, intermediate, or advanced modes, and as far as I can tell there is no way to manually switch on the board itself. For as much as this board costs, I had hoped that their customer service would be helpful. I have tried to get them to help me for 3 days. The emails back keep saying "when writing back to us, please include the text of all previous correspondence. This will help us assist you better." But they won't actually answer any questions. I also reached out to them on Facebook to try to get help changing the settings. No one has helped me. It does seem to work when connected to an android phone, so if you don't have an iPhone this is probably a good buy, but do not buy if you have an iPhone and want to change the settings. When contacting customer service for a manual they said there was not a manual available.Additionally, the fenders are plastic and when you dismount the board, the board flips over and cracks the plastic fenders. We have driven the board for a few days and both fenders are already broken off.

I didn't buy mine thru Amazon but had to review it anyway because it's gotten many bad reviews that aren't deserved. First off, for those having problems changing settings it's because you can't be standing on it or they will not change. I had no idea how to ride these things and have no coordination yet within a week I got to mastering it quite well. It balances well, has quite a few options in the settings from motor force to speed limit and has decent sounding speakers to play your music on from a variety of Bluetooth sources on your phone. Also various lighting patterns and settings. Includes maps and tracking too. What more does anyone need? I've been able to go reasonable distances and run time depending on your terrain and speed is about 20-30min. Never had a charging issue and have even ridden mine in light rain and wet roads. I don't recommend trying to drive thru big puddles tho. Anyway so far the only thing that has had an issue is the fender getting a crack after many times wiping out when learning it. Can't really blame it as any of them would probably have the same issues.

Use once to see how it worked and plugged in charger and now don’t turn on anymore

The iOS app hasn’t been updated since 2020. It won’t let you change from beginner to expert.After riding it for a few days, it ceased to slow down when I leaned back. The board rolled away, fortunately, without hurting me or anyone else.The company clearly has no interest in supporting its product or maintaining its app. I recommend avoiding this potentially unsafe garbage.

Body cracked when we opened the box (which was Christmas Eve) so it was a great joy to tell our son his gift from Santa had to go back to the North Pole before he ever got to ride it. Thanks for ruining Christmas.
